5 out of 5 eggsPerfect portable keyboard!

Pros: I purchased this for use in my job as a computer technician. It's tiny, which makes it perfect for carrying around and using on-the-go. It's also constructed well, so it should hold up against the abuse that will come with being toted around.

The keys, while very small, are very responsive. There's more than enough cord length for my needs. I chose this instead of the 'Virtually Indestructible' mini keyboard, and that turned out to be a great move.

Cons: This thing is tiny, so if you plan to chat or type documents, choose another model. But if you're constantly on the go, have very limited desk space, or type infrequently, the small size is definitely a Pro, not a Con.

Other Thoughts: Again, the unit is constructed very well. Drivers automatically installed after plugging in the USB. I am extremely pleased and looking forward to putting this to good use.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Little Keyboard

Pros: -Very small, easy to carry along
-Solid construction, has held up through weekly abuse where other "portable" keyboards have failed after a few months

Cons: -Tiny keys, hard to type.

Other Thoughts: Purchased this keyboard to use on the road for PC tech work. Not the keyboard you want to use when writing your next novella, but great if you need a USB keyboard to type a few commands on a server or PC you're trying to work on.

5 out of 5 eggsmicro keyboard

Pros: Awesome Micro Keyboard. I bought it for my headless linux box. Its perfect.

Cons: small keys. But I wanted a micro keyboard. Not for everyday use.

5 out of 5 eggsgreat product

Pros: -small and light weight
-very Portable

Cons: -small tab button
-buttons sometimes dont register, need to press twice

Other Thoughts: overall this was a good item. It's not something meant to be used everyday but I have it plugged into a pc built into a car. Anything is better than an onscreen keyboard. For what its worth and what it was meant to be used for. A+

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: + Really, really small
+ Light
+ Pretty sturdy... I couldn't easily snap it in half

Cons: - Really, really small is a double-edged sword
- In addition to being hard to type on by virtue of being so small, the keys are a bit hard to push

Other Thoughts: I bought this keyboard because I occasionally need to type stuff on another PC that I have on my desk. It is absolutely *NOT* for full-time usage.

You may not really comprehend how small this keyboard is until you open the box. For comparison with a regular keyboard: its perimeter is the distance from the tilde (`), to the dash, down to the bottom of the right Windows key, and back to left-ctrl.

And despite the picture, it's black.

4 out of 5 eggsHow did they screw THAT up?

Pros: NOTE: I use this for headless setups, not typing.

The size is the key factor here, and it is quite small. Despite the measurements, I was expecting it to be on the scale of my Eee PC 100HA or small Gyration boards. Nope! This thing is tiny! Like 2/3 of a CD. I can easily throw it in my notebook (3-ring, not a PC) and bring it on the job.
Feels quite sturdy and is much heavier than you would think, but more on that later.
I like the included status LEDs. Far too many of the micro keyboards drop these without ever saving any space.

Cons: The wight. While the unit overall feels sturdy, the weight seems a bit much for something this small at this price.
But I'm not taking off for that. There are 2 things that REALLY bother me more than the weight.
The Tab key is SUPER tiny, half the width of the main keys if not slightly less. This wouldn't be a big issue, but I tend to push it to the side rather than down while typing and it just gets stuck and feels like it will pop off with a little more pressure. Could have done without the mini-Asian Enter key for the slim American one. That would give enough room for a standard Tab AND Backslash.
The other issue is the Fn key. Why do so many companies screw this up? Fn goes to the right of Control, NOT to the left! Drives me nuts!
No right shift key, but I can't fault them for dropping that. Just never realized how often I used it.

Other Thoughts: Get this only if you intend to use it minimally. The size makes it nearly impossible to type on for long. I just set up a new Windows server my hands are aching a bit.
Overall, a quality product worth the price, at least for the selection here at Newegg. Minus one star for the Tab and Fn issues, but I would still recommend this board if your needs are similar to mine.
