5 out of 5 eggsNothing fancy, but super small

Pros: Not a lot of features to this keyboard, except for one - size. This thing is small. It's not the best for typing, but if you need to carry a keyboard with you and are limited on space, this is the keyboard for you.

It's tough and durable. I travel for work on a weekly basis, and this keyboard has been along for the ride for nearly two years. I'm buying a second one to replace the first one.

Cons: It only has shift ,Ctrl and Alt keys on the left side. BUT - what you sacrifice in keys you gain in extra small size.

1 out of 5 eggsworked for about 50 keystokes

Pros: Just the right size for what I wanted - a small keyboard to use with my test stand for for changing BIOS and Windows settings. The Adesso mini keyboard that I had previously bought for this purpose suddenly quit working, so I didn't want to buy another Adesso.

Cons: Expensive, but I would be fine with the price if it worked. All I did with it was keying in correct settings for BIOS when testing new motherboards -- mostly the arrow keys. The third time I used it, I actually had to type in a couple words of text. When I pressed a key, the wrong letter was typed. Not every time; just for some keys. So the keyboard is worthless to me. Unfortunately, this flaw did not show up until after I had owned to more than 30 days.

Other Thoughts: I still had the keyboard from my first pc, a Gateway 2000 P75, in a box somewhere. When I dug it out, it still worked. What is with these mini keyboards that have the lifespan of a fruit fly?

4 out of 5 eggsThis is too small

Pros: Super small! If you wanted to fit a keyboard in a super tight space, this keyboard will fit.

Cons: Super small! You will laugh out loud when it arrives in the mail and you see what you will be typing with. Seriously, this is smaller than you will expect.

This is not a serious product if you are going to be actually using the keyboard.

Other Thoughts: If you are an IT tech and you need a little spare keyboard to carry around with you for EMERGENCIES, and you don't have room for a full keyboard, this is an OK product.

However, if that is your goal, you may want to consider getting one the same size with a built in track ball.

Regardless, I cannot come up with any real situation this keyboard would be useful. We ordered it attempting to purchase a keyboard sans-numpad, but realized as soon as we opened the box that we would not be able to use this product. I am now using it as a backup emergency keyboard (as described above).

4/5 eggs because there is nothing wrong with the product and they were not misleading. I did not give it the last egg because I feel its still an impractical solution.

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: This thing saves a lot of space. It's even smaller than a fold-out bluetooth keyboard I use with my PDA. I really like how it has Function keys.

Cons: Expensive. The keys are too small for typing with normal-sized hands. There is no tilde key.

Other Thoughts: Also, Num Lock keeps toggling on which makes the right side of the keyboard into a number pad substitute. I think this is actually being caused by a mouse that I have plugged in which has a number pad built into it. If I can get the num lock to stop toggling then these two items work really well together.
