wait just one second
- Pros: looks really nice, feels really nice probably perfect for wasd players that never use the other side of the keyboard.
- Cons: if you're not a WASD player, BE AWARE you cannot use any combination of 2 arrow keys, and kp_0 (kp_ins) at the same time. for me this means i cant straif forward while crouched...... this is not a gaming keyboard, its a WASD player specific gaming keyboard, and its certainly not worth this much when 10$ boards work LIKE KEYBOARDS ARE SUPOSED TO WORK.
- Other Thoughts: useless to me so i must return it.
also, read on the razer site about this thing. it has assorted problems running out all over the place
when i asked razer support about this issue, they told me that my 8 year old logitech elite keyboard had "expanded antighosting" and thats why i never had this issue before. i can only assume this means they have some limited antighosting technology, and they are still advertising it like its important, when infact its not even as good as from my experience at least the vast majority of the cheap boards

Manufacturer Response:The Lycosa does have anti-ghosting technology on the WASD gaming cluster. The vast majority of all standard keyboards do not have anti-ghosting on these keys and the vast majority do not have anti-ghosting on the arrow keys and other keys mentioned. Trying holding down w, s, a and d on a typical keyboard and then try it on the Lycosa. You will see that the Lycosa can handle the action and a typical keyboard will not. If you want full anti-ghosting keyboard take a look at the Razer Tarantula.
Very Nice for FPS Gaming.
- Pros: This keyboard is very nice, it almost has the feeling of a laptop keyboard yet the spacing of the keys are as a normal keyboard. Everything is where is should be. The keys are nicely lit when the LED's are on. The touch keys are really nice. I love the fact that it has a headphone and mic jack on it.
- Cons: None really. Although i know sooner or later after use it might start to come apart.
- Other Thoughts: Take this advice from a pro player. This is as good as you can get as a keyboard for how small it is and how good of a quality it is. I will do another review a month from now.

Good Product, Bad Price
- Pros: Slick-looking, solid responsiveness, good LED lighting, keys are readable in any light in my home, good media functions.
- Cons: I personally like a little more tactile feedback. I don't like the drivers for it - I'd call them excess baggage, myself. I'd like to see more lighting options (a dimmer of some sort).
- Other Thoughts: Overall, a solid keyboard. Honestly, the anti-ghosting stuff seems like marketing fluff, but the keyboard is responsive and has a decent feel - I prefer a more tactile response, but it's not bad as is...you know when you're pressing something. I'm taking two eggs off because frankly I do NOT think it was worth the money. I don't mean it as a dig on the keyboard, the functionality is very good - but I just don't think the feature set justifies the cost. Knock 30% off the price (or maybe add a 4-port USB hub) and you've got a five star. I'd probably call it a 3.5 as is, but I'm downgrading it.
Get a Logitech Instead
- Pros: Feel, appearance, size.
- Cons: Had to get three to get a good one. Rubber coating wears off of keys after about 6 months. USB port is junk, headphone jack is noisy, price.
- Other Thoughts: Too bad this keyboard has so many issues and is so expensive. Had two get three of them to get one without bugs. 1st one was possessed, 2nd one was DOA. The third one works but now the coating is coming off the keys so instead of letters I just have blue blobs. Get a G11 although those are a lot bigger.
Crime they sell this thing
- Pros: It is comfortable and the backlighting is cool
- Cons: Everything else. For starters, it is all over the internet that this keyboard has major issues. From locking up my new box (12 gigs of ram, i7) to randomly shutting down my computer. This thing has drove me insane!!! So I am breaking down today and buying a new one.
- Other Thoughts: Razor support wouldn't even help me. It was one week after I had the issue and they kept passing me back and forth to different support personnel and I will NEVER BUY another Razor product. The techs even told me there are known issues, but refused to help me. They told me they couldnt because the place where I purchased it would have to approve it. It was a package deal from the place where I purchased it (new) and they are happy to replace it (and did) but the new one does the same! So I am using an old Logitech wireless until the new KB comes in. Just check out the web, stay away from this thing and this company.
