5 out of 5 eggsJust what I wanted!

Pros: - Nice design.
- Fully lit with a color I like.
- adjustable brightness (on keyboard too)
- function keys!
- solid feel
- good grip so no sliding!
- gaming mode that disables certain functions to prevent accidents (not that I've ever pressed alt-f4 mid-game)

Cons: zero key (not the numpad one) is slightly duller than the other keys on my board. Nothing critical though.

Other Thoughts: Types well. A little more stiff than I wanted, but I'll adapt. I'm used to typing on a MBP keyboard and those are smoother.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat keyboard for work

Pros: I just started using this keyboard, and I have to say it is just perfect for work. The keys can be pressed with very little effort, allowing your fingers to move swiftly while typing. I recommend this to anyone working in an office setting who is typing all day and wants to use a comfortable and reliable keyboard.

Cons: The only con I can think of right now is that you are unable to change the color of the back-lit keys, but I do not mind the green color.

2 out of 5 eggsSleek, but prone to defects

Pros: -sleek
-comfortable to type

Cons: -keys don't work out of the box
Every replacement has had nonfunctioning keys. Doesn't matter how sleek or fun to type it is when the keys on a keyboard don't even work.

Other Thoughts: I went through Razer to get a replacement keyboard when several keys didn't out of the box. They sent a replacement which also had nonfunctioning keys. Customer support stopped being responsive after that. I would rather have a refund than another defective replacement. I really doubt their quality control. This is disappointing because I had only heard good things about their customer service, but my experience has been the opposite.

I really regret this purchase. I wish I had paid a little more for a reliable mechanical keyboard.

4 out of 5 eggsdrool

Pros: Been using this for almost a month. Last 5 years I seem to go through 2 cheap keyboards a year due to cable pinching and breakage where it comes out.

Bought this because of the middle location of cable rather than a corner. Was HOPING it would have the signature braided cable they include on their mice, but sadly its rubber :(

Cons: Yes.

Other Thoughts: awkward placement combo of using the FN key between lower right alt/ctrl and f2/f3 to adjust volume. Not very efficient way to quickly change in a flash.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat So Far

Pros: 1: Fully Backlit Keys.
2: Very Quiet.
3: On The Fly Marcro Recording
4: Extremely easy to press keys.
5: Feels Awesome
6: Great Wristrest
7: Razer Synapse Is Awesome.

Cons: 1: I wish I could change the color. (Yes I know that the next Deathstalker will allow that.)

Other Thoughts: I don't understand why some people found it difficult to press down the keys, it's very easy.

I will make another review if my thoughts change. (Like if it breaks.)

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: The keyboard has so far been been very nice and actually enjoyable to use. The on the fly macro system is also an exceptionally helpful tool that allows for, well, on the fly macro making

Cons: I'd say that the only con I've found so far is that the keyboard is a tad bit too expensive for what it is

5 out of 5 eggsNOT a laptop keyboard.

Pros: I've owned this keyboard for about 5-6 months now, and I can definitely say it changed my views on Razer as a company. I bought it used with is being still in fantastic condition.

-Key's nicely separated and have a comfortable, smooth feel
-Easily adjustable light that can be dimmed or shut off
-Easy macros
-Enough room for wrists
-AMAZING key that disables annoying windows functions in games (such as the Windows key)
-Handy function key for selecting profiles via Synapse 2.0
-Simple to clean
-Feels solid/well-made

Cons: -None

Other Thoughts: Great for gaming, and don't listen to the people who say it's like a laptop keyboard. Laptop keyboards are completely different, and don't have the convenient separation of the keys.
