Does anything light up when the caps lock key is engaged?

Had this keyboard for about 2 years now.  There's a caps lock light above the number pad, standard for most keyboards.  There isn't a special backlighting or anything for the Caps Lock key itself when toggled, if that's what you're referring to.

Above the number pad will be a green "C" for Caps lock, a green "1" for Num lock, and a green "S" for Scroll lock.  Hope this helps!  (Really really recommend this keyboard, it is very loud though)

Are all the keys fully programmable / remappable, or just the macro buttons? i.e., can I remap one button to another?

Each and every key is 100% reprogrammable. You can even remap a key to a mouse function or to launch programs.

It was a new item.  Excellent purchase.  The response times are phenomenal.  The keys feel great.  The keyboard looks great.  It has a lot of functions.  Only thing is that it may be a little louder typing than most people are used to due to the mechanical nature.

Does this keyboard have fast reacting keys or does it react like a normal keyboard?

This gaming keyboard definitely does not act like a normal keyboard. It is specifically design to eliminate the input Latency. They do that making its firmware plug and play, which will make the controls and commands single flow, so the PC will only get commands and not send commands back before it getting a solid command. which is why Multimedia keyboards are very delayed.

Plus the digital USB2.0 gives the keyboard enough bandwidth where you have to literally push more then 10 keys at once to create ghosting.

Razer Keyboards especially this product has instantaneous responses on their keyboard. If you are gamer, this is a great product!

Can you get this with cherry mx brown keys?

No you cannot. These are manufactured with Razers custom Green switches which closely resemble Cherry MX Blues.

I am looking for something similar to this but I was needing the Blue lights instead of green. Do they make this with blue lights?

I believe it was the 2012 or 2013 edition that had Blue LEDs, but sadly, they only have the green currently. There was also a Limited Edition Orange LED model.

Yes, it is illuminated. You can also adjust the brightness of the illuminated green to a point where it is barely visible, which probably explains why the light is so dim in the picture.

This is a US keyboard layout, however I bet you could program the keys using Razer Synapse to basically turn it into a UK keyboard. It would be a little complicated but if you're good at that kind of thing.. Who knows. :)

Cherry Mx style, have the clicky feedback.  Razer took it one step closer and have designed their own modified version which uses a lighter key pressure for quicker action. Love it!
