1 out of 5 eggsBuy new, if at all.

Pros: Looks good, nice clicky sound.

Cons: Several keys did not work, which made it useless. How they can pass these off as "Refurbished" is beyond me. Why sell a product that did not work in the first place, "fix" it and sell it again when it still doesn't work? It makes no sense at all and obviously I'm not the only one that has experienced this. Even if you were to buy new what does that say about Razer's quality? Looks to me like they're selling high priced junk with little to no QC. Hopefully the RMA goes smoothly.

Other Thoughts: Don't buy one of these keyboards as apparently Razer's quality control is nonexistent. You're supposed to FIX a returned product in order to sell it again as refurbished. Not just put it back in a box with no testing or repair. Unreal.

5 out of 5 eggsworked for me

Pros: it feels like a brand new keyboard.
Keys feel comfortable and solid
Great backlighting.
Feels very responsive

Cons: if you put your pc to sleep with this keyboard connected, it will freeze

Other Thoughts: many people say that they have troubles with their keyboards, but for me it worked

1 out of 5 eggsDon't get Refurbished

Pros: Its a good keyboard model. I'm going to buy a new one. Or maybe something a bit quieter. Writing this review on it feels very nice.

Cons: This 'refurbished' keyboard is more like found by the side of the road. The num-lock button doesn't work, the front panel is heavily scratched and one of the stands on the back is missing. Not to mention signs of heavy use like dust, hair ect. beneath the keys.

Extremely disappointing, I hope the RMA process goes smoothly.

Other Thoughts: Buy new, especially if it's not convenient for you to reach a Newegg warehouse.

2 out of 5 eggsNum-lock key broken out of box

Pros: Beautiful sturdy design. I'm writing this review on it and the keys feel amazing. The led's are amazing. They are adjustable but at full brightness they look like they float above the keyboard like holograms. The macros software and other features works as advertised.

Cons: I would love to keep it but the broken num-lock button is obviously a deal breaker. Also the front panel and logo is quite visibly scratched. Hoping for a smooth RMA process.

Other Thoughts: Definitely getting the same keyboard again, I think I was just unlucky with this one.

1 out of 5 eggsI can no longer recommend this

Pros: It was working fine for at least a few weeks after my first was replaced.

Cons: This is my second board after the first one had issues. This time often the "S" key repeats two or three times with one press. Much like a problem someone in another review was having with a different key. Just this one key malfunctioning completely messes up my timing rhythm.

Other Thoughts: This is my third review and I'm on my second keyboard. Unfortunately it's past the time I can replace this one.

3 out of 5 eggsGood, but broken key

Pros: Overall, it is a good keyboard with a sold build and excellent features. There are cool green lights, and the brightness can be controlled by a dimmer switch included in the software.

Cons: Minus one egg for whoever did quality control on my keyboard. I bought it refurbished, but within a couple minutes of typing on it i realized that the switch on the E key would get stuck and repeat infinitely if you even slightly grazed over it while typing or gaming. I tried to clean the switch, hit it with air and tapped it for a few minutes to try and clear it out. Alas, none of this worked and now I have to send it back in. That's what I get for buying refurbished gear =\

Other Thoughts: I will try the Cougar keyboard next time

5 out of 5 eggsPretty Much New Blackwidow

Pros: -Basically a new keyboard
-Lights are great
-Mechanical Keys feel great
-Matte Finish so much better than glare/plastic
-Function keys are useful

Cons: -F1-F12 keys are too far to the right, but I don't play any MMO's to use them anymore anyway.
- The Left arrow key feels broken honestly. Feels like a membrane key. But once again I never use left arrow key.
-Holding the space bar feels a little awkward since it wobbles slightly.
-USB & Headphones jack on right side, gets in way of mouse if you have a small desk.

Other Thoughts: Dropping $90 on this was alot, but compared to how much it costs new and how my typing experience is now, compared to my Logitech G110 and Sidewinder X4 is amazing.

1 out of 5 eggsUnit was broken

Pros: The keyboard feels amazing! Its heavy and coated in a really nice matte black color. I love the feel of the razer switches and the lighting is a really nice touch!

Cons: I've never had a problem buying refurbs before so this was a big upset when I received the keyboard and the "D" key was broken. The key would double and sometimes triple type the letter and on occasion wouldn't work at all.

Other Thoughts: I'm a little disappointed at the quality of testing that goes into approving these Refurbs for resale. The issue present on the keyboard I received was apparent as soon as I plugged it in and any form of testing from the manufacture would have caught the problem and flagged it as a bad product.
Newegg did issue me an RMA and I've sent the keyboard back so hopefully when I receive the replacement it will be 100% functional.

2 out of 5 eggsRefurbed model came with bad LED

Pros: Nice mechanical switches and typing feel

Cons: My refurbished keyboard came with burned out LED.
After waking up from sleep, the keyboard would not work (required unplugging and plugging in to fix). Not sure what the issue was with this behavior.

Other Thoughts: I don't care for the font used on the keys. It takes some getting used to.

5 out of 5 eggsRefurbished Razer Keyboard

Pros: Looks new, no scratches, no wear & tear, etc. Everything works fine for now. The lighting, all keys functioning properly, and the plugins on the side of the keyboard for mic and headphone work as well. Really good for a refurbished product.

Cons: The keys feel like they're not in all the way or something like that (even if I know they are). Some keys wiggle a little bit even after you've fully pressed and hold the key down. This was not the case for my old Razer keyboard and I don't know if it's meant to be this way since it's my 1st Ultimate 2014 keyboard.

Other Thoughts: When I ordered this product I chose free shipping and expected it to arrive after Thanksgiving weekend. I DID NOT expect it to arrive 2 days after my payment! Newegg is awesome for that!
