5 out of 5 eggsGreat little HTPC controller

Pros: Easy to use, small, convenient calm shell, quick response, rechargeable battery, bluetooth.

Cons: price, buggy at times

Other Thoughts: Other than the buggy bluetooth connection due to low battery strength, this controller is fantastic for a HTPC. I find that it is a good size, protective shell, and rechargeable. If you have the money, worth it as a controller for your home theater/media pc.

4 out of 5 eggsGood most of the time

Pros: Works well most of the time and the battery life has proven to be excellent.

Cons: Occasionally it does not want to connect and the mouse will simply jump around rather than scroll smoothly.

Anytime I am trying to do maintenance on this PC I find myself wanting a full keyboard.

1 out of 5 eggsK400 Works better

Pros: Lighted keys if you can see the small text on them.

Cons: Will not connect using mobo bluetooth. No function keys like F1,F2, etc... No caps lock. Mouse functions are terrible and so is the cursor movement, it's all over the place, I am sending back this one and have ordered another one and see if that one works.

Other Thoughts: The K400 which I have on my wifes big screen computer is working just fine. Tech support is real bad or non working and they just hang up on you. I will never buy another Logitech product again after this.

1 out of 5 eggsdiNovo Bluetoothless

Pros: None Yet

Cons: The bluetooth connection is not a working function of this keyboard. Unable to make bluetooth to work at all. Even with a bluetooth mobo.

Other Thoughts: I will try another unit this may be a bad unit.

2 out of 5 eggsWorse mouse movement ever

Pros: It's small, that's about the only good thing I can say about it.

Cons: I got one in the mail, set it up without much hassle on my PC, and the keyboard seemed to work fine - but the mouse functionality was the worst in the world. No matter how I played with the settings, movement was sporadic and unusable. I thought it was a lemon so I got a replacement.

Unfortunately, the replacement was just as bad. I even tried the thing on two computers. I'm not sure how logitech is using or testing these things, but it's miserable.

Additionally, no back-light.

3 out of 5 eggsGreat at first, with limitations & bugs

Pros: Perfect for the living room HTPC

Cons: Poor connectivity, hard to do some typical PC things

Other Thoughts: This was great at first for my HTPC, but lately has been plagued with connectivity problems. There seem to be two different connections to the PC (keyboard and "mouse") and sometimes one will stop working, or sometimes both. Removing the battery to reset it is getting tedious, but it has a 3 year warranty, and I will try to get it replaced. It's hard to do some normal things, like right clicking and dragging, because you need to hit the FN key, the mouse click, and move the trackpad, which is impossible. No normal function keys, either. When it works, though, it's a great compromise for HTPC use.

3 out of 5 eggsMini remote for my Home Theater PC

Pros: This mini keyboard is a unique way to utilize a handheld wireless keyboard for presentations, home use, and even gaming (i wouldn't recommend this one). Rechargable lithium battery that lasts roughly 30 days between charges with medium use.

Cons: The buttons and placement of characters and special keys are somewhat awkward and take a little getting used to. Browsing the web with this device is not an easy task. It is difficult to switch between "scrolling mode" and "mouse mode" to view web pages. The thomb mouse pad is flaky, the mouse jumps around randomly and scrolls short distances with each stroke(even on highest sensetivity) Lack of Function keys (F1-F12)

Other Thoughts: I would recommend using a wireless mouse with this as well and ignore the thumb mouse pad feature, its not that great.

1 out of 5 eggsVery Unhappy

Pros: Nice size for a htpc, if everything worked as advertised I'd be happy

Cons: Horrible connectivity... I'm constantly having to unplug the FOB and reconnect everything. I would not recommend any of the logitech remotes or items geared to htpcs...

Other Thoughts: In my experience, logitech makes good mice, speakers, and webcams are ok. Everything else is garbage. In my experience...

1 out of 5 eggsGreat Idea, Poor Reality

Pros: Great size, feels good in the hands, mouse pad, dvd keys, backlit keys, being able to control the media center from the couch using my texting thumbs.

Cons: Terrible connectivity, battery life, overall life span

Other Thoughts: First two weeks of use, the mini was awesome and it was worshiped heavily in my home. Soon after, connectivity isues arose. Solution 1) USB fob would need to be unplugged then plugged back in. 2) Take out mini battery, hit power button, dump stored juice, re-install battery. For the most part, the mini was hanging in by a thread two weeks after purchase. Its a great concept, but for its price, its a nightmare and a complete waste of resources. I read reviews just like mine before i made the purchase, figured i'd give it a chance. HUGE MISTAKE. Would not buy again, would not recommend. The mini is now complete died and does not work no matter what. Its been less than two years.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Customer Service

Pros: Bought for my WMC HTPC. First had a bad battery so I RMA to Logitech, got second one fast, no hassles.
-Good customer service.
-Illumination is nice for movie night.
-Range works ~7ft to couch.
-Looks nice on coffee table (compared to huge keyboard/mouse of previous setup).
-Wife loves it for netflix/hulu/twitter.
-Friends who want to watch "funniest youtube video evar!1" can easily use it.
-Battery lasts for a month.

Cons: Nothing to take off an egg.
-Keyboard is aligned a bit too far right for my hands, have to hunt/peck keys.
-No F1-F12 keys.
-Any serious typing is straining.

Other Thoughts: Will stick to logitech for future periph purchases.
