5 out of 5 eggs2 years and loving it

Pros: Love the keyboard and the mouse both. I love it isn't wired and like the fact that the mouse can be recharged.

Cons: I really dislike the placement of the Home/end/delete/page up/page down keys. I live with it because I rarely use them and like the rest of the keyboard so much.

Other Thoughts: 1. Never had a problem with connectivity. The keyboard is 3-4 feet away from the USB dongle with the signal going through a wooden desk topped with with a heavy plexiglass sheet. Connectivity has always been good.

2. I wish they'd make a keyboard like this with more of a mechanical action.

3. My work keyboard is an MS 4000 and I do like the reverse slope a bit more than this, but I like the key layout better on his (save for the delete/home/end section)

4. I paid around $60 or so on sale. Don't think I'd pay $120.

2 out of 5 eggsConnection Issues

Pros: Very comfortable ergonomic hand rest and layout for keyboard and mouse. Keyboard is quiet, mouse has a ton of buttons and easily customizable. Scroll on mouse is awesome. Plug and play, worked in seconds.

Cons: I love this package but can not recommend it, I've tried everything and still run into connection issues constantly. Everything will be working fine, then out of the blue the keyboard and mouse will stop working. When this happens I have to do 1 of 2 things, either unplug and plug back in the receiver, or press the reset button on the receiver. Both of these are hit and miss and sometimes do not work. I've reinstalled everything more than once, updated drivers, etc, but nothing seems to work. Next step is to contact Logitech to see if maybe my receiver is faulty. If that is the case, I will update my review accordingly. At this time, I wish I hadn't have purchased.

2 out of 5 eggsworst combo ever

Pros: Easy to handle and setup in different angles. But that is all positive.

Cons: Can't even plugin the receiver in the back of my computer without having lags and dropouts of mouse and keyboard., have to use the front USB port for it which is less than two feet away. Worst thing is,it has no control lights for capslock, numlock and scrollock. As a result I have locked myself out several times of my online banking.

Other Thoughts: I am using it for nearly a year and a half now but still can't get used to it. IMHO the worst combo I have ever had and way too overpriced. Also never install the Logitech software. they still can't get it to run properly.

1 out of 5 eggsSetpoint SW problems, mouse problems

Pros: Comfortable keyboard and mouse. Lots of function in the keyboard (which I miss, since I no longer use).

Cons: I purchased this combo (from Newegg) with a new system build. It worked great from the start, but after adding a number of applications and updates (graphics and photo editing), I noticed some strange behaviior on my system. I backed off the updates the first time and things worked again. Some months later, after applying another needed update, things acted up again - runaway scroll menus, left mouse click not working, cursor shapes changing. Again, I backed off the updates, to no avail. I finally decided to switch to a wired mouse, and everything worked again. I removed the Setpoint software, but then the mouse would often behave erratically. I finally gave up and am working successfully with a wired mouse and keyboard.

Other Thoughts: Could not recommend this product.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Combo!

Pros: Stylish, sleek, sexy looking keyboard, and mouse. The mouse fits my hand great, and I love the programmable buttons. The keyboard has a nice curve, and slight slope, and I love the programmable keys on it also. I use the calc key a lot, lol. I've only had to replace the keyboard battery once, in almost a year of use, and the rechargeable battery in the mouse lasts a long time too. The software is great and warns me when my mouse battery is critically low, so I can easily plug it into my USB port on the front of my PC case, and still continue gaming. I also love the "hidden" button on the side of the mouse that switches between apps. Very nice set!

Cons: I had to use a USB extension cable to place the wireless dongle on my desk, it was sketchy under my desk through wood in the back of my computer case. But that's all I've found.

Other Thoughts: It would only be better if it was slightly cheaper than $130, but who cares, I still love this combo.

1 out of 5 eggsWorst keyboard ever

Pros: The mouse has a recharge cable and its nice. There aren't many pros here.

The keyboard could be a nice table ornament.

Cons: Late response time from keyboard. 0 customer support from logitech. The keyboard is impossible to play any sort of game with it or type any form of paper.

Other Thoughts: This thing is be far the worst thing I have ever seen. The signal from the keyboard is often late. Things I see typing are things I've typed 5 mins ago. Sometimes the signal gets confused or something and will retype the words several times.

4 out of 5 eggsComfortable keyboard + mouse combo!

Pros: - Keyboard is comfortable to type on. My wrists used to hurt when typing on cheap "flat" keyboards, but this one is much better
- I have relatively large hands and the mouse is comfortable for me to use
- Forward and backwards buttons on mouse are nice
- When the USB receiver is close (see Cons), I have no issues gaming with this combo set
- Ability to charge the mouse through USB is very nice

Cons: - Unless the USB receiver is on the desk, I get lag. Having the receiver tucked away under my desk does not work
- After 10 months of use, the scroll wheel on the mouse no longer "clicks", so I can only "hyper scroll". This is pretty much useless and I'm going to have to replace the mouse

Other Thoughts: For the price, I have been very happy with this keyboard and mouse. Comfort was a big issue for me, and this fit the bill well. Unfortunately the mouse did not last as long as I had hoped, but for the year that I had it I was very satisfied. The keyboard has had no issues so far and I expect it to last even longer.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome Keyboard / Mouse

Pros: This is the second Logitech wave keyboard I bought (the first one was the wired edition). The keys seem to be of much higher quality than the wired Logitech wave keyboard and make much softer sound. I now understand why some people were complaining about the noise problem (the quality of the keyboard depends on the model, even if the feature sets are identical). I originally bought this combo just for the keyboard but the mouse is spectacular. It is very responsive and also features an on-the-fly resolution switch. The button near the scroll wheel allows you to enable/disable the resistance of the wheel, in case you want to spin the scroll wheel and let it spin continuously.

Cons: The backspace key seems to make a squeaky sound for some reason. My previous Logitech wave keyboard didn't have this problem. I guess it's just a minor defect in the product. The mouse is slightly heavier than what I'm used to. It is no longer a problem once you get used to it.

Other Thoughts: This keyboard / mouse combo comes with one USB dongle. This means that you cannot use the keyboard for one computer and the mouse for another.

5 out of 5 eggsRefused Rebate

Pros: Works great and has good distance

Cons: Getting burned by refused rebate from Logitech

Other Thoughts: Bought this with a promotional rebate offer and it was refused due to being outside the offer period. I did not copy my rebate form and cant find it on hte site any more. Watch out and don't get burned like me.
