5 out of 5 eggsBest Keyboard Ever

Pros: This is by far the best keyboard I every purchased. It has the perfect ergonomic design and excellent battery life. The unifying connect software works great with other logitech devices.

Cons: I bought for 50$ when I returned to buy another it went up to 78$ so it's pretty expensive for a keyboard. Also the install CD didn't come with the unifying software.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome! Well built and lasts!

Pros: I have had this keyboard for over a year now and it has been just awesome. Key feedback is just right. Also, I just spilled coffee in it, and upon disassembling it I found that the key tray was designed to catch spills and not let them get down to the circuit board. The keys removed easily and i'm back up and running! Overall, great product. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: none

3 out of 5 eggsIt was nice while it lasted

Pros: This keyboard features a comfortable, balanced ergonomic design. The keys are ever so slightly curved for comfort, but not in an extreme fashion like the Microsoft keyboards. Wireless is reliable, I have never had a problem with random disconnects or lag. Keys start out having a soft but sturdy feel.

Cons: I use this keyboard in an systems analyst role at work, so naturally I do a lot of typing. Between programming, writing technical documentation and at lot of command line work, this keyboard is my workhorse. Unfortunately the keys become stiff and sticky over time (about 6 months for me), and this makes it a chore to type on. I am currently writing this review on this very keyboard and have to hit backspace more than I like due to typos resulting from sticky keys.

Other Thoughts: Great keyboard but doesn't last. If you are a light, leisurely typist this keyboard fits the bill, but don't expect it to last if you're a typing fiend like me. I am now in the market for a replacement but have limited options at work. My department only gives me a choice between two or three models and this is one of them.

5 out of 5 eggsGrat key board

Pros: I love being able to make it do what I want, Buttons are handy. and price is right. I go this in a comb with a m510 mouse.fr $64.00

Cons: Like I have seen in other reviews sometimes I type and nothing happens but I think this happens because of some internet problems. because it never happens off line. On line almost al ways.

Other Thoughts: the mouse is flawless I d a lot of photo shop work and again off line no problems.

4 out of 5 eggsComfort for Typing

Pros: Probably the most comfortable keyboard to type on, bar none. I've owned 5 of these through the years, including the older wire version. Everytime I use it and family comes over the ask for one. Of course being on the move constantly I usually just give them the one I'm using and just buy a new one. If you do a lot of typing, this is the keyboard for you. Extremely compatible with Linux.

Cons: It is not for gaming. As comfortable as it is, it is just not a great keyboard for gaming. If you are running Windows I do suggest picking up the G13 for gaming. However, if you want the G13 to work in Linux gaming, yes it does exist, be prepared for frustration. There are rumors it can be done, but I haven't seen this particular crypted.

Other Thoughts: Get a NZXT internal USB 2.0 extender and plug in the unifying receiver on the extender board along with a Bluetooth dongle. You'll have total periphal wireless without having ugly dongles hanging on the outside of your case.

5 out of 5 eggsA Keyboard for Everyone

Pros: 1) Logitech software makes it really easy to customize buttons so the keyboard works the way YOU like. 2) Quiet. Incredibly quiet. 3) Comfortable ergonomic design, but not an awkward ergonomic design. 4) Good for all kinds of users. 5) Long battery life.

Cons: Everybody should own this keyboard. Normally I write pretty rational reviews, but this is a product worth bragging about.

Other Thoughts: I do a lot of IT work for various people, so I've tried out and used countless keyboards. Keeping that in mind, let me tell you, this keyboard is one of the best ones out there. I only need to replace the battery about every 2 months, and that's only because I don't turn it off. I use most of the shortcut buttons (especially the media buttons) every day. I press keys really hard when I type, so I need a durable keyboard and this one does the trick. The keyboard has gotten slightly louder in the six months I've had it, but it still doesn't wake up the sleeping family when I type late into the night.
