The Logitech Wireless Desktop MK710 includes a low-profile keyboard with concave keys & cushioned palm rest, and a sculpted, hyper-fast scrolling mouse. With reliable 2.4GHz wireless connectivity, Logitech Unifying receiver and three-year battery life, the MK710 puts convenience, comfort and productivity right at your fingertips.

  • newegg Three-year battery life The batteries in both the keyboard and mouse last up to three full years, so you can forget the hassle, expense and waste of frequent battery changes. (Keyboard battery life calculation based on an estimated two million keystrokes/year in an office environment. User experience may vary. Mouse battery life may vary based on user and computing conditions.)
  • newegg Dip into comfort The low-profile keyboard features longer key travel which improves comfort and your overall typing experience. Concave keys with softly-rounded edges position your fingers properly and invite your fingertips to glide from key to key. And with cushioned palm rest that feels much better than the hard plastic, you’ll stay in comfort for hours.
  • newegg Sculpted mouse The mouse positions your hand and fingers comfortably and naturally, and gives you hyper-fast scrolling through long documents and Web pages with just a flick of the nearly frictionless scroll wheel.
  • newegg LCD dashboard The LCD dashboard gives you at-a-glance icon status of your battery, Caps Lock, Scroll Lock and Num Lock, so you won’t skip a beat while typing.
  • newegg Logitech Unifying receiver The tiny receiver stays in your laptop. Plus, you can easily add another compatible wireless mouse or keyboard - without the hassle of multiple USB receivers.
  • newegg Logitech Advanced 2.4 GHz wireless connectivity You can confidently work and play where you please. Encrypted, secure cordless 2.4 GHz wireless technology ensures you a reliable connection with virtually no lags or dropouts.

3 out of 5 eggslooks ok, but keys are soften

Pros: I only buy Logitech keyboards and mice for personal and business use.
I like their key switches in both mice and keyboards which are much better than Microsoft's
However, this set, the keys/switches are different than other Logitech. Similar typing feeling as Microsoft, soften.
Not sure why, but you won't like it if you are a fan of the original Logitech

Cons: Soften keys

5 out of 5 eggsBUY THIS! Best product in a computer build.

Pros: 10/10 A++ This is the best wireless mouse keyboard combo there is IMO. I have purchessed well over 15 of these sets for my clients and it is hands down the combo I try and push if they can afford it. It is Super classy , super comfortable and works SO well. Their is no product in a computer build I can recommend as strongly as this keyboard and mouse. I have tried and used 100's of keyboards and mouse's and if you are going for Class. This is the ultimate. It's range is super far , battery life is forever and just the most solid thing I have every bought for PC's consistently. I am so super serious when I say NO other part even comes close to having my recommendation like this. The mouse honestly beats my Razers , the keyboard just feels right and if you're doing a HTPC look no further. All I can say is when I build a machine and put My name on it for someone else , this is what I want them to have and I can recommend ANYTHING! Thing is you are going to use your keyboard and mouse the most , it is the thing you are going to see the most. So next to being happy with the look of your case this is a place you need to pay attention to detail and not be cheap and get the right product. Over the last 4 or so years NO product has won me over like this.

Cons: Not 1. They have great range, can survive a spill , everything fits just right and it is classy. I am a very hard reviewer. Their is NOTHING wrong with this keyboard. If you get a DOA get another one.

Other Thoughts: Seriously best keyboard and mouse especially when setting up HTPC's

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Very good ergonomics. Excellent battery life. Key strokes are responsive and the keys are slightly cupped in middle for a better feel at the finger tips. Mouse is precise. I've used it for gaming as well. Not the best at gaming since it's a wireless mouse but has a higher dpi (3200) compared to most and gets the job done for casual gaming. I've have the same keyboard for about 3 years now and have had to replace the mouse once in the last 3 years. I've always loved how the mouse feels in my hand.

Cons: Not really a con but I would love to see a keyboard like this one come out with a backlight.

Other Thoughts: Over the past years I keep trying to find a suitable replacement for this set and I've tried several at stores but nothing ever really feels quite like these do. I'll probably keep buying them until the day they are no longer produced. Great for every day use and the more than casual but less than competitive gamer.

5 out of 5 eggsCool product, Very nice

Pros: Great connectivity, easy install. If you're looking for a quality keyboard and mouse, get this one. it works great.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: I've never been disappointed with anything from Logitech. The transmitter/receiver is small and has an extension cable if you need it. It is sleek, quiet and looks good with any color case...just buy it already.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Buy

Pros: the keyboard is quiet, has quick function buttons you can set up to do whatever you want with, the keyboard is also a full keyboard with a nice pad at the bottom of the keyboard for your hands, it also can be laid flat or at 2 separate angles, the mouse has a smooth and clickable scroll and a 3rd button that takes you to a dashboard view showing all of your programs that you have open, and it has forward and back buttons as well... plus its wireless, with batter life lasting a stated "up to 3 months", and everything goes into a sleep mode after not touching it for a few minutes to save you battery life.

Cons: the only thing i didnt like was that it isnt backlit, that would have been a perfect set up in my opinion, but I cant take a egg off for that, since i knew when buying it that it wasnt backlit.

Other Thoughts: im using Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit with the wireless dongle thing on a usb on the back of my computer right next to my wifi adapter with no issues yet, so i havent had to go into my wifi settings and set up certain channels. I would recommend this combo kit to anyone that isnt a hard core gamer that was looking for wireless set up and wanting a quiet keyboard.

1 out of 5 eggsLogitech does not back up it's warranty

Pros: Great Keyboard, not so great mouse.

Cons: Mouse jumps around in Windows 8.1, even with new set point and batteries.

Other Thoughts: Called Logitech and told them about the issue to fix my mouse. The unit arrived sealed and brand new, even with receipt they refuse to warranty a new unit. Kicked-me to the curve for not buying it from Amaxon.com or Newegg.com. Never seen a company that won't support it's own product. Won't be buy Logitech again, because they don't stand behind their word or warranty.

2 out of 5 eggsDisapointed

Pros: Nice looking and nice mouse

Cons: Keys bind resulting in missed letters when typing. Very disappointing for a 100 keyboard.

If you are going to be doing a lot of typing (ie school or work related) don't buy this. Buy something like the Microsoft 2000 it types MUCH better for a quarter of the price (I own both)

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Keyboaed

Pros: Soft touch keys and a very nice feel. Also the keys are very quiet. Simple to connect.

Cons: It's a little big, but nothing outrageous.

Other Thoughts: I would buy everyone in the company one of these if money was no object.
