3 out of 5 eggsWireless not so good

Pros: Form and function as expected

Cons: RF signal and wired connection has intermittent issues.
Updated drivers directly from Logitech, checked battery (left plugged in), and still get intermittent letter spam/delays/....
Probably OK for intermittent use (wouldn't see intermittent issues so much).

Other Thoughts: Had a Razor Lycosa before and probably should have gone back to the razor. Not much of a gamer anymore and thought to save a couple of dollars by buying logitec. Should have stayed with higher end keyboard manufacturer.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Keyboard

Pros: 1. Backlight is good love the proximity sensor.
2. Battery can be charge
3. Slim design really ergonomic
4. Love the media buttons

Cons: 1. The keys are somewhat compact unlike the other keyboards
2. When paired with logitech mx mouse the keyboard loose connection you need to put the receiver some what really in front with no obstruction so it wont get disconnected time to time but if your not connecting other peripheral on the receiver it should work fine

5 out of 5 eggsLights on!

Pros: - Wave hands to turn on illumination
- auto illumination off within a few seconds to save battery
- near-tactile keyboard
- dedicated audio controls
- manual illumination on/off
- manual keyboard on/off

Cons: - initial battery charge took something like 3 days
- function key on right-hand side non-intuitive

Other Thoughts: Awesome, awesome keyboard! The cons are just nitpicks really. I love working in the dark, watching movies in the dark, listening to music in the dark, and so on. A keyboard that lights on and off with just a wave of my hand made me feel like I was working with Apple quality usability :) Oh, how I've missed this product all these years!

5 out of 5 eggsLooks and Functionality

Pros: I originally wanted a G510 Gaming keyboard but didn't like the extra tall mechanical style keys. I'm a fast typer and have always preferred shorter strokes. After some research I decided to purchase the K800. It's exactly what I wanted. I felt instantly at home.

It has a super sleek design and the the keys have a slight indentation to them that feels great to the touch. The keyboard is significantly quieter than any other I've used. I tend to type pretty hard, but its still very quiet.

The illuminated keys was the main reason I decided to upgrade from my wireless Microsoft counterpart. I'm in a fairly dark environment and while I know where most keys are I still have issues with the middle function keys. It's nice to see them clearly now.

Cons: I wouldn't consider these cons but would have been nice "icing on the cake":

The Logitech Unifying receiver doesn't seem to work with all Logitech devices. More specifically their gaming line. I have a G700 and even after updating to the newest drivers it still isn't recognized. They are so small that it isn't needed but would have been nice.

The illumination only has one color. Other colors would have been cool.

The SetPoint software has separated itself with the gaming line. Probably due to Logitech changing their product line strategy.

3 out of 5 eggsKeyboard works great, backlight doesnt

Pros: Slim keyboard with quiet keystrokes. It uses a traditional layout, no dumb arrangement of keys. The battery life seems to be very good so far. This is being used for work, so I am on it 8 hrs a day, 5 days a week and it has been over a week so far and it is still showing 2/3 bars. I love that you can use the board as a wired as well (when charging). That way if the battery life starts to deteriorate, the keyboard will still work.

Cons: The back light is a joke. It comes on, goes off, comes on, goes off and then stays off. It has two modes of illumination, 1 being when a key is pressed and the other when your hand moves to it. Most of the time, it does not work like it is supposed to but sometimes it does. If you don't need illum. then it isn't that big of a deal. If you plan on using the computer in the dark where backlight's are handy I would look elsewhere.

3 out of 5 eggsGreat keyboard, lousy batteries

Pros: Unified RF receiver, rechargable, construction quality is quite good.

Cons: The batteries were DOA. The keyboard shipped with (2) Sanyo Eneloop 1950Mah NiMh batteries that were completely dead and unrecoverable, resulting in the bottom battery LED flashing red on a 1s constant pattern. These are pretty easy to replace, if you have some spare NiMh AAs, which is the route that I took.

Other Thoughts: Replaced dead batteries with 2100Mah low-self-discharge NiMh parts from Tenergy. Keyboard fires right up and topped off the charge in 30 minutes.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome Keyboard

Pros: The keys barely make a noise when pressed, the motion sensed back lighting technology's is quite useful, and its just a good keyboard overall.

Cons: None so far.

5 out of 5 eggsWorth the Investment

Pros: I love how quiet this keyboard is! This is by far much nicer to type on than any other keyboard I have had and has already helped my hands not feel so sore after coding for several hours straight.

Cons: None that I've found yet.

Other Thoughts: I'd definitely recommend this to anybody who types a lot or who doesn't like having to press heavily on keys.

1 out of 5 eggsNot Slim & Not Really Wireless

Pros: No pros on this one.

Cons: The keyboard is NOT slim; it's way bigger than it need be. The wrist-rest fatness is extended to the top edge of the keyboard too. Logitech somewhat tried to match the flatness of the wired illuminated keyboard that I so much like, but then they went and added a BIG bulky bottom alleviating any low-profile completely.

The keypad illumination is a constant on and off situation unless it is continuously plugged to the computer for charging. Then it seems to remain illuminated. At least I'm hoping that's what the deal is and if not I won't use it. So that deal-breaks the wireless part of this keyboard being a wireless keyboard -- it is not wireless.

Other Thoughts: Don't waste your time and money. If you expect Hi-Tech to operate and look Hi-Tech then you're not going to like this keyboard.

This keyboard, for the money, was NOTHING like what I expected. I guess I should have done some research on this one first!
