5 out of 5 eggsGreat product; highly recommended!

Pros: If you're looking for a cheap yet reliable wireless keyboard and mouse combination, then this is definitely the deal for you.

Cons: I just wish that it would have had other hotkeys, like skipping through audio tracks. That's pretty much the one and only con.

Other Thoughts: Logitech and Newegg, you guys are awesome!

5 out of 5 eggsUnthethered

Pros: Works perfectly with a PC six feet away.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I only buy Logitech keyboard, mice and now touchpads. I've never been disappointed or had an installation problem.

Pros: Nice layout & key feel

Cons: Missing CRITICAL Caps Lock and NumLock On Indicator Lights - makes nice keyboard useless

4 out of 5 eggsWorks OK

Pros: It works. It's inexpensive. Batteries seem to last a long time. Can you really ask for much more?

Cons: Not the best feeling keyboard to type on. Mouse isn't very comfortable for long periods of use in my opinion. Only reasons I took off one egg.

Other Thoughts: I would probably buy it again if I didn't have to use it. For me I would rather spend an extra few bucks and get a little bit nicer model.

3 out of 5 eggsVERY Short Range

Pros: Cheap but well-built. Has a traditional layout (unlike so many other keyboards that play around with the Insert-Delete-Home-End-PgUp-PgDown, arrow keys, and number pad). Battery life is pretty good. Keys have a pleasant feel. Logitech Unified Receiver works without all of the "Connect Button" nonsense of older models.

Cons: Shift key often applies to the next key pressed AFTER the shift is released. Range of mouse, even with new batteries, is not more than 2-3 feet. I need to keep the receiver in the usb hub right underneath my monitor.

Other Thoughts: I wish I could find a keyboard with all of: good wireless range, good battery life, traditional key layout, NumLock/ScrollLock indicators, and media hotkeys. A bonus would be to use Bluetooth instead of proprietary wireless. Until I find one of those (which seems unlikely to happen), I'm not willing to spend too much on a wireless keyboard. This one is inexpensive and easy to type on, notwithstanding the shift key issue I mentioned above. I have learned that if I slow down my typing a bit, that issue goes away (though it doesn't happen on any other keyboard I've ever had at any typing speed). The keyboard has a few media keys - play/pause and volume only - and some other shortcut keys. I use the volume keys all the time and I wish it also had next/previous track, but that's not a huge issue. My major complaint is the range of the mouse. My PC is a tower that is on top of my desk about 2 feet away and I have tried the receiver in every single USB port on the machine. In all back and front ports, after the mouse gets 2-3 feet from the receiver, the cursor starts to move in large jumps and some clicks don't register at all. I found an old small USB hub that I am using as an extension cord to put the receiver about 6-12 inches from the mousepad and now it works fine.

1 out of 5 eggsGarbage

Pros: - Seem to work well with fresh batteries.
- They are both a good size, and very light!

Cons: - Batteries start to go bad after a day, and die completely after about 4 days days of moderate to heavy use.
The range of my set is 11 feet give or take a foot. After one day that was reduced to about 10 feet.
- Not a fan of the power or email buttons at the top of the keyboard but that could just be a personal thing. I use the calculator button a bit, but keep accidentally hitting the power button as well.
- Sometimes have to click twice or press a key twice if they've been sitting for a bit. Sometimes when I do it (because the first press didn't seem to register), it clicks or types twice.

Other Thoughts: I think mine may be defective but I need a mouse and keyboard so I can't ship them back. I can't afford to put in 3 new batteries every 4 days though. Batteries are expensive. Costs more to power them a couple months than it did to purchase them initially. :(

5 out of 5 eggsGood Combo for a Good Price

Pros: Cheap, Sturdy, and Compact. Has media buttons. Does not require drivers. Plug n' Play. Works with legacy USB support(You can control the PC before the OS loads. ie. You can control the BIOS.).

Cons: Looks and feels Cheap. Not worth taking an egg away.

Other Thoughts: Don't be deceived by the looks of this combo set. It is in fact a sturdy well working unit. Not bad for a low end wireless keyboard and mouse. I bough these for work. I do a lot of remote tech support and share a desk with some people of questionable hygiene so I wanted my own keyboard and mouse. lol one without food in it. Wireless was a good option so I could put it in my desk and lock it up. I hate wireless because battery maintenance sucks. The batteries last just about 2 months in the mouse. I do not know about the keyboard I just change them at the same time. I have used these for about 6 months with zero issues. Wish I could say the same for my G930 headset. I paid abou $25 for the set. Well worth the purchase.
