5 out of 5 eggsThis thing is great

Pros: The keyboard is extremely comfortable to use. I like it even better than my old Microsoft Natural Keyboard and I love that thing. It has some extra multimedia and other buttons. Some I use, some I do not. The zoom key on the left is excellent. Enlarges\shrinks the browser fast and easily. Mouse, part of the package, works as well or better than any wired mouse I ever use. Not a lot of extra buttons but I don't need them anyway. The wireless connectivity is excellent. I haven't tried it from across the street but it might even work that way. I never realized how much the wires from the kb and mouse annoyed me until they were gone, gone, gone.

I was concerned about turning off the mouse and keyboard manually every time I used them. Discovered that left alone they both seem to turn themselves off. Haven't touched the on\off switches since I put the first set of batteries in the two devices.

Drivers--no major issues but see the one con below.

Cons: No real cons here just be aware that there are no lights on the kb. It is battery powered.

Driver were fine. The only issue I started to work but never resolved (my fault not Logitech or my MB Mfg. They both offered to help) is the KB will not launch a cold start. On the other hand no usb keyboard will do that on my MB. Works fine if I plug in an old PS2 Kb I have laying around here. I didn't follow up on this yet. It can't be all that important to me I guess. Just afraid of wearing out my PC case switch.

Other Thoughts: Great keyboard and mouse combo. I'd buy it again tomorrow. The sale price on got on it sure didn't hurt either.

4 out of 5 eggsThe Keyboard was worth it.

Pros: The keyboard is just what I wanted. Love all of the shortcut keys!

Cons: The mouse kept not responding. Not happy with that but I had planned on getting a wireless Trackball mouse anyway. Not worth sending it back.

Other Thoughts: I bought this for the wireless features but primarily for the keyboard. I've been using a wired Logitech Trackball for years and love it. I'll get the wireless version of it at a later date.

1 out of 5 eggsRefurbished Replacement DOA

Pros: None

Cons: Replacement DOA

Other Thoughts: First shipment had a dead keyboard. Had to pay shipping cost to replace. The replacement is DOA (neither KB or mouse works). If I have to pay another shipping cost for replacement, I'll be close to the original cost of the item. Very disappointed!

1 out of 5 eggsDon't Buy!!!

Pros: Looks great and I'm sure a non refurbished, brand new model work great.

Cons: The first one I got was DOA. Nothing worked. Plugged into my newly built computer and nothing. I'm running Ubuntu, so I thought maybe that was the problem. Plugged into a Windows PC and nothing. Changed batteries....nothing. I RMA'd it. Got the new one and the mouse works, but the keyboard won't connect to the dongle. On the keyboard, the green battery light comes on, so I know it's not the batteries(brand new batteries).

Other Thoughts: I'm going to go and buy a brand new one like I should have in the first place. I got it on sale for $29.99 so I'll just take this as a $30 loss. I'm grateful I have Shoprunner, because RMA shipping was free. Otherwise, I'd probably be calling Newegg for a refund.

1 out of 5 eggs10 of these combos and they have yet to get me a good one.

Pros: IF they work great

Cons: If they work none

Other Thoughts: I have ordered 10 these in 2 months and they have yet to get me a good one. I can't score you a zero but that is what you deserve. normally good service from new egg but man you are dropping my interest fast. 2 of these I got ripped off on as you read below in another review. So I took a chance and ordered 4 more, all bad, sent them back, they sent 4 more bad ones. Now waiting again.
This is to the owner of New egg, You need you to get off your you know what. Check my product to be sure it works, before you ship it and ship 4 working units shipped one day air and received by this Friday, 03-14-2013.
This poor service is getting old sir.
Is this what you sell sir, broken products?
I think it is time for you to step in and fix this obvious lack of customer care.

1 out of 5 eggsBuyer Beware

Pros: The mouse worked fine.

Cons: The keyboard was pretty much dead on arrival. Several important keys simply did not function (such as the ESC, ENTER, Pg Dwn, Home keys, etc.) I thought perhaps it was a glitch, so I rebooted the computer. I tried restarting the keyboard itself. I unplugged the receiver and plugged it back in. I even tried the whole setup on another computer and got the same result every time.

Other Thoughts: I typically never have bad luck when buying refurbished equipment. I read the product reviews on this page and took the chance, thinking the bad reviews were maybe from inexperienced or impatient users. I was wrong and should have taken the poor reviews to heart. I will never buy another refurbished product from this site again.

4 out of 5 eggsGood keyboard/ mouse combo

Pros: I love wave keyboards and this is a comfortable one with nice extras. The mouse has a solid feel to it and is easy to set up as you wish. All buttons are remappable- a nice feature if you are left handed (or use two computers at once- yeah I know- why?)

Cons: Only con on the two i bought was they were refurbs and arrived DOA. Newegg was superb on their RMA turnaround but only one of the new ones worked. (But it does work great). The second one had a dead mouse; the keyboard worked fine but nothing brought the mouse to life. My refurb experiences lately have made me promise myself NOT to buy them again- no matter how good the deal. There is just too much down time if they come in defective to make them worth the few dollars difference for a new product and the peace of mind from them ( yes, new sometimes is defective too, just alot less often in my experience!)

5 out of 5 eggsI'm three for three

Pros: I bought one of these on February 20 and received it the next day with free shipping. I paid $29.98. I was so impressed - I honestly believe every part you could see and touch was brand new. I bought another one on February 22 for my second work station so I would have the same touch and feel in both places. (I had been using Microsoft Wireless Desktop Elites since 2007). That one also appeared and felt brand new. So I bought a third one on the 26th to have as a spare. A spare keyboard and a mouse with these features for $15.00 each? Oh, and the third one was also indistinguishable from "brand new" condition, so I don't know where all these negative comments on the Logitech refurb process are coming from. Set up was a snap. Everything you need on on the Logitech site. If you're familiar with the Wireless Elite combo you know it's top notch. I actually like these Logitech units better.

Cons: None, especially for the price and with Newegg's fast shipping.
