5 out of 5 eggs  doing pretty good

Pros: Wireless, hotkey customizability, lighting customizability. It's a good keyboard. I was expecting a worn out piece of junk honestly after reading all the reviews. I was pretty surprised.

Cons: The two stands at the back that increase the angle of the keyboard don't stay up if you decide to push your keyboard back to make room on your desk. They just fold over. Kind of annoying. I prefer the black light to stay on rather than turn on only when in use. So this drains the battery faster. After unifying my keyboard and mouse to one Logitech sensor, my mouse became a bit unresponsive. Couldn't really track down the cause except for the fact it only started after unifying with the keyboard.

Other Thoughts: A good deal. It suits my needs perfectly.

5 out of 5 eggsLogitech K800 Illuminated Keyboard

Pros: Has nice wide and comfortable keys so i haven't miss typed with this board yet. The adjustable illumination is great and very bright even in the light but also not gleaming in your face when in the dark. For a refurbished keyboard everything works as it should and not a single scratch on the front of the keyboard.

Cons: The only con i can come up with so far is that the proximity sensor is on the right of the keyboard and your right hand has to be near the right of the keyboard as i always put my left hand on the keyboard first. Other than that is has 3 scratches on the back of the keyboard, but obviously not a big deal because you'll never see them and it is a refurbished product so i was expecting more than that.

Other Thoughts: All in all its a very good keyboard and its the only keyboard iv'e ever owned that i haven't miss typed a single key yet.

1 out of 5 eggsNot so good

Pros: Can't give it any pros except to say that it looked nice because it never worked

Cons: I bought the keyboard refurbished because the price was 50% off. I expected minor problems but did not expect a non-functional keyboard. The battery was completely dead, with a flashing red LED light, and the unit would not charge even though I tried various computers, ports, and cables. Finally I called Newegg, got a RMA number, and returned the unit. I am currently waiting for the broken one to be received back at Newegg and a replacement unit to arrive. Not real happy with the speed of regular service UPS either. It takes a full 7 days to go from Virginia to California.

4 out of 5 eggsWonderfull - But--

Pros: Good Keyboard. Very happy when it is new.

Cons: Overly Fragile. Does not hold up to normal use for very long unless you are in a sterile environment using white gloves.

Other Thoughts: I went through 3 of these in 2 years.
One drop of water or too much dirt and it is over with.
You would think they would make a fine keyboard like this a tad tougher against normal very small accidents.

5 out of 5 eggsVery Nice

Pros: So looks like I'm one of the fortunate ones who got it brand new. Still had stickers and clear tape on it. Very good looking keyboard. Love the feel of typing and being to adjust the illumination. The sensors work nice when detecting your hands. Battery life is good, last for weeks. Not bad for $44.

Cons: Got 2 usb extension cords. No big deal. I have extra mirco usb cables.

4 out of 5 eggsExcellent Keyboard

Pros: Refurbished! It saves money... sort of. See Cons. I've used this model of keyboard for like 2 years and I love it. It's rechargeable, illuminated, and very smooth.

Cons: The unit I received had bad Ni-MH batteries. I had to go buy some new ones which took away from the savings of a refurbished keyboard. :( Other than that, worked exactly as expected.

FYI - if the battery light blinks red while charging the batteries are bad.

Other Thoughts: The power switch on my unit feels like it definitely saw some use from its previous owner but it works as expected so not really a con.

2 out of 5 eggsProblems almost immediately

Pros: Illuminated keys, quiet, replaceable Ni-MH batteries, ability to reduce/turn off backlighting, Setpoint allows me to disable the Caps Lock key, lightweight, app/multimedia keys, my favorite keyboard to type on

Cons: I have 3 of these. 2 were bought new and have worked flawlessly (one at work, one at home). The third (the refurb) I bought as a gift because the one for my desktop would disappear whenever the girlfriend was over for use on her laptop. After a week or two every once in a while it would start transmitting the dash key ( - ) repeatedly. At first it was only once in a while and hitting backspace would stop it, now it just does it immediately on power up.
I've contacted Logitech support and they're working with me, if that doesn't work hopefully the extended warranty folks will be amiable, but Logitech support has always come through when I've contacted them (twice in the past).

Other Thoughts: This keyboard is great when it works, but obviously useless when it doesn't. I should have swapped the one from my desk at home with this one when it arrived, it still looks and acts brand new and I wouldn't be in the doghouse right now!

5 out of 5 eggsMINE WAS BRANDNEW

Pros: I bought This Keyboard on 2-23-2013, the last time it was on referb sale. I like it so much im leaving another comment.
Mine WAS BRAND NEW!! I must of got lucky because when I opened the package all the stickers were still on the keyboard. From the on switch removable sticker tab to the clear film they put on the keyboard.
There are no scratches and absolutely no signs this keyboard was ever used!
Best refurb ever! There is no doubt I got an amazing deal because I only paid $46 for a brand new keyboard that costs 100 plus.
See other thoughts should your illumination settings seem like there not saving..

Cons: NONE. WORTH EVERY BIT OF THE $46

Other Thoughts: If you have any issues with illumination settings or illumination preferences MAKE SURE you restart the PC, after driver installation, even though not prompted, and More Important, Let keyboard Fully Charge! Leave it plugged in for 24 hours. A year and counting and this Keyboard is still the best referb deal i got, and is shining and working like a champ. Def Recommend!

1 out of 5 eggsDon't waste your money

Pros: Silent keys and back lit keyboard were a plus.

Cons: Quit working one week after I got it. What a waste of money.

5 out of 5 eggsI enjoy this keyboard

Pros: Like the typing feel, backlit illumination, Like having the scroll key back as my prior Logitech keyboard had dropped it. I already had a Logitech mouse so wanted the unifying receiver which works well. Being able to replace the rechargeable battery is a plus as I have had past Logitech products that were useless if the batteries quit recharging.,

Cons: I haven't yet experienced any of the issues that have been documented in some of the review but will repost if I do.
