Logitech K800 Black USB RF Wireless Slim Illuminated Keyboard

Pros: Everything. Looks brand new, serial number not marked out, All accessories including both cables. Plugged in receiver and it worked. Downloaded latest software and everything works.

Cons: None. Everything works. If there is any negative it would be the batteries, they are China knock-offs of the Sanyo Eneloop. I will use them until/if they fail and replace them with the Eneloops.

Pros: Fantastic reliable keyboard. Can't go wrong with Logitech. Smooth operation, wonderful full layout. Ordered a second for my sister. I cannot believe how fast it got here!!!! Less than 24 hours! Ordered at 11:00 AM yesterday, got here who knows when but when I walked outside at 9:30 AM there it was. :O I even did regular ground free shipping! WOW newegg is INSANE. (in a good way)

Cons: refurbished? Didn't come with the nifty USB extension cable that my other K800 came up. The NEW K800 has the ugly windows 8 windows button, but who cares, still functions exactly the same. No actual cons here. Just had to think of SOMETHING.

Other Thoughts: Absolutely amazed how quickly it got here...I mean WOW. Less than 24 hours on estimated 4-7 day shipping. That's just phenomenal. That's the fasting shipping I have EVER experienced EVER. Includes all other deliveries to me in my life. Newegg ROCKS.

Pros: If you are lucky, you will receive a clean, fully operational keyboard. I was lucky.

Cons: My issue isn't with the keyboard but the extended warranty purchased for it.
Naturally these warranties are tied to a particular serial number. The contract says it won't repair a device where the serial number has been altered or marked out. Herein lies the rub. The refurbished keyboard has the original serial number marked through with a felt pen. The only serial number to be found is on the box.

Other Thoughts: I pointed out this catch-22 situation to Newegg who promptly, without question, refunded the $6.99 I had paid for the extended warranty.
This information may save you some time if you are considering an extended warranty for your refurbished keyboard.

Other Thoughts: really nice keyboard. I just got it and its a pleasure to type on. From a typing standpoint, it is better than many other keyboards. From a lighted wireless keyboard stand point... Also very exceptional. The lighting turning on by waiving your hand over the top looks very impressive, and its helpful if you want to find a key without pressing the incorrect on first. Set point software gives this keyboard some flexibility as well. Such a good keyboard at the refurbished price I am thinking of getting another although i don't know what I need it for!

Pros: I was a Little Leery after reading all the Reveiws. I received the Keybd in a plain Black Box. Batteries and Usb Charging cable were Included. This keyboard is not Refurb , Looks brand New. I could not be more pleased that is Functions Perfectly.

Cons: Cant Think of A Single Issue.

Pros: This keyboard works great and is visually appealing. The profile of the keys feels nice on the fingers and is easy to use. The lighting is even and bright (and adjustable!). Very sleek looking and looks very much like a high-end keyboard. My "refurbished" keyboard arrived appearing to be brand new in a plain black box with all the necessary accessories.

Cons: I wish the length of time the keyboard stays light could be adjusted and that the sensor would pick up your hands without them having to be an inch away or less.

Other Thoughts: Maybe I'm just lucky getting one that appears brand new. I definitely would not have appreciated getting a used "disgusting" keyboard like others claimed to receive!

Pros: Its brand new, not a scratch on it! Illuminates brighter than the Wired Logitech Illuminated Keyboard this bad boy replaces! Very comfortable on your lap, Unifying receiver from my M570 trackball connected to the K800 keyboard in seconds! More comfortable experience keys/ rebound than previous illuminated keyboard. Spare unifying receiver works fine as well, keeping it in my Logitech m570 trackball!

Cons: No driver software included in the pure black box it came in but i just went to download the latest unifying and setpoint software which took less than a minute anyway...

Other Thoughts: Was a little leery about buying a refurbished keyboard from the reviews... But I have been shopping with Newegg for years so I figured if it was bad they would have my back, besides a K800 keyboard $44 + free ship vs $90?!?? Ive gotta try the gamble... IT panned out! The keyboard came in a unlabeled black box, the keyboard itself wrapped in new plastic.. Looked brand new. Inside was a charging cable, unifying receiver, and keyboard. No instructions or driver CD. Not really a problem, its plug n play. Battery was already fully charged. Buy this its worth the gamble!

Pros: Arrived clean, boxed well and batteries charged.

Cons: More expensive than an extended warranty would have been for the non-refurbished unit I am replacing.

Keys are easy pop off with.

Other Thoughts: I bought a new in box last fall and love it, but I dropped off the bed a couple times, in my sleep. Naturally all this gravitational trauma sent several keys flying. The little ones are easy to replace and there's some youtube info out there to help, but not for the long keys. So now I have this one (refurb), lying in wait.

Waited until past the 30 day exchange period to get around to the hassle of a return, so now I'm stuck with a useless KB.

Keys hard to read unless illuminated. Was expecting something like my Newegg purchased Toshiba Qosmio's illuminated keyboard, which is very very good. The Logitech is junk by comparison, surprising since I've several Logitech wired keyboards and wireless trackballs that are well designed, quality made, and function flawlessly. This K800 suffers from poor design and quality. Definitely won't be buying Logitech wireless keyboards again.
