5 out of 5 eggsI love this Keyboard - Do not play CoD

Pros: No dead keys in 2 years of ownership.
Profile options

Cons: It has a franchise name on it I don't play which I mean....it's probably why it was $39.99

3 out of 5 eggsDied

Pros: Cheap and macro enabled software.

Cons: Started ghosting and getting a mind of all its own after some heavy use. The board literally ended up across the room one night.

The cord isn't braided.

It has CoD on it -__-

5 out of 5 eggsthis board is OP

Pros: satisfying keypresses. Nice and bright green LED backlighting which shine through the key lettering. Tasteful CoDMW3 logo.
6 custom buttons on left side also with 3 modifier keys which equates to 18 total custom key combos.
This keyboard is the best keyboard I have come across considering I've had all kinds of random keyboards along with a nice Deck Legend mechanical and a Saitek Eclipse.
Has windows key disable button..

Cons: would be nice is spacebar is lit up as well.

Other Thoughts: VERSACE VERSACE VERSACE

2 out of 5 eggsI Am Not Happy With This Keyboard!!

Pros: This G105 keyboard did what it should for gaming and using my computer. It had good features all drivers /soft worked great till it Died!!!!!!!! I did like it , back-lite was good and keys felt great to game with. The keyboard also has a game/desktop mode switch, which disables the windows/context menu keys, and you can use the F-keys keys for volume, mute, start, stop, pause, play, pause, rewind, etc. However, I've seen keyboards with specialty keys for these things as well as a dial for the volume, so I would say that this keyboard is OK in this regard but not great. Although the keyboard backlight is cool and in keeping with the theme of MW3, Logitech should have made it possible to change the color of the LEDs using the Logitech software. The matching Logitech M9X MW3 mouse has customizable LEDs that you can change to other colors, so why not let people change the LED color on the keyboard? Likewise, I don't think the maximum brightness setting is bright enough for the backlight. There needs to be one higher setting. My final complaint about the backlight is that the media shortcut keys (volume control) aren't backlit despite the fact that they look backlit on the box. This makes it impossible to see which FN key is responsible for mute, volume up or volume down when the room lights are off.

Cons: This is the first time that I am not pleased with Logitech. This G105 keyboard was good from 11/11/2012 to 9/14/2013 .... now that is not even a year!!!! I have had a lot of Logitech products over the years, Logitech Gaming joysticks , Gaming Mice and Keyboards. Well, to tell you the truth.. all were good till this keyboard. Likewise, I don't think the maximum brightness setting is bright enough for the back-light. There needs to be one higher setting. My final complaint about the back-light is that the media shortcut keys (volume control) aren't backlit despite the fact that they look back lit on the box. This makes it impossible to see which F N key is responsible for mute, volume up or volume down when the room lights are off. My only remaining complaint about the G105 is the lack of a wrist rest. I DO wish the "R, L , and Enter keys still worked ?" What in the world Causes the R, L and Enter keys to stop Working. Defects may be the cause, I don't know.

Other Thoughts: This experience will make me think twice, about witch keyboard manufacturer ..I buy from next time. Were is the Logitech quality I loved? 3 Eggs off for not lasting a year

4 out of 5 eggsGood Keyboard w Minor Quirk

Pros: * Good Keyboard
* Good Logitech Quality

Cons: * Something is off about the lineup of the left CTRL key. It's hard to put into words but it's different and can throw off the average gamer.

Other Thoughts: * Logitech makes awesome stuff.
* Logitech also has an awesome warranty.
* Used them for years and years.

3 out of 5 eggsGreat Keyboard Bad Rebate Processing

Pros: Bad Rebate Processing.

Cons: Bad Rebate Processing. Never got rebate. Don't expect to get your rebate from company.

Other Thoughts: There are a lot of companies out there scamming consumers with the rebate scam. They have every excuse in the world. I think I've heard them all. I think anyone who has sent in a rebate realizes they don't WANT you to send in the rebate. It's money in their pocket. To me hedging on a rebate is just as dishonest as stealing. It's false advertising and I am guessing unlawful. Let the buyer beware!!

4 out of 5 eggsOverall good purchase

Pros: Being able to nullify the windows key is nice and being able to turn the lights on low high or off is cool. Different macro setups and software are all pretty good.

Cons: Can not change color and it says CoD. The function keys are far away compared to my old keyboard and i do use them for some MMOs. Does not get me a Girlfriend.
