3 out of 5 eggsWouldn't recommend for serious typing

Pros: Inexpensive and a good backup in case your primary keyboard runs out of charge or dies.

Cons: Clunky, awkward keystrokes that S-L-O-W down a proficient typist. Leave this for the hunt and peck bunch. Gave it to my 13 year-old to use.

Other Thoughts: As a technical writer, I have found that you have to try out the keyboard at a store before committing any serious money for purchase. If I would have paid the list price, I would have been extremely disappointed. I currently use the Logitech diNovo Edge.

5 out of 5 eggsDecent build and very mobile for the price

Pros: -Good for if you need a keyboard for relaxing on the couch or streaming movies. So you don't have to drag around a mouse and a keyboard
-Good for the price its a lot cheaper than other retailers
-Useful if you already have a Logitech wireless mouse

Cons: - a bit small
- thought it didn't come with a unifying USB, but found it where you insert the batteries.

5 out of 5 eggsNot Bad

Pros: Been using it with my HTPC for over 3 months now. No hiccups or random disconnects which is pleasing. Usually don't like the Logitech brand name but this has been working very well.

Cons: None.

3 out of 5 eggsGood TV keyboard

Pros: Good Range
Power switch to save battery
Power button to wake and sleep the computer.
Left click mouse button on left side of the keyboard, in easy reach when holding it.
volume and mute buttons.

Cons: Somewhat awkward to hold and use.
There are no spaces between groups of keys so it's quite difficult to use without looking at it. It's hard to find the arrow, backspace keys without looking.
It's small, so typing gets tiring after a while.
The F1, F2, etc keys do other things like volume control, you need to press the fn key while pressing F5 to refresh a web page. There should be dedicated keys for volume, etc.
Trackpad works well, but the gestures only work about half the time. For example scrolling with two fingers doesn't always work.

Other Thoughts: Overall it's a good keyboard for my purposes. I only use it five minutes at a time. wouldn't want to go much more than that. The Refurbished one I got looked like new. I see no reason to spend more on a new one.
Took me a while to find the USB receiver under the battery cover.

5 out of 5 eggsLogitech K400

Pros: Keyboard works fine with Windows 10 and is primarily used as a home theater PC. The built in touchpad gives reasonable use for short periods of time. The receiver is small, and work fine even when connect to a USB port at the back of the case. The range is sufficient and the smaller size was desired for my use. The refurbished model looked like new. Battery life has been good so far.

Cons: The on-off switch feels like it will not last, but time will tell.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Tool

Pros: Logitech is typically solid, and this is no exception. Bought one of these few years back when they first came out. Have bought two more for home. Given for gifts and recommended for several friends. No problem with refurbished...why not save the money. Does a great job on computers connected to TV, and is really useful for a laptop setting on table. Often use in conjunction with a Logitech mouse and utilize their Unify software. Never run out of uses for this little keyboard, even on computers with a conventional keyboard and mouse...makes them accessible from anywhere in the room.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: might even order another one, seem to never run out of new ways to use them.

4 out of 5 eggsThink Before Posting

Pros: This is a great keyboard, but I think some people are ordering this from outer space judging by their understanding of what they can expect. First off, it's costing you ~20$ CAD for a wireless Logitech keyboard with attached trackpad mouse. That's a lot for twenty dollars! So no, don't expect a level of performance that's going to put a Razer key/mouse combo out in the next yard sale.
You get a solid, responsive keyboard and a functional trackpad mouse, as well as an RF receiver (yess you *did* get one, don't make yourself look silly and review before researching!) and a USB extender. It's light, battery efficient and feels like your money's worth.

Cons: That said, the keyboard is a bit on the small side, so if you've got Lana Kane hands you may need to look elsewhere. Don't depend on the trackpad to get you through your day, it's a bit grippy-slippy and often thinks you're trying to copy things you wander over. Maybe it can tide you over as you wait for a mouse to come in, or maybe you're a trackpad ninja who can edge out the imperfections with raw talent. No bells or whistles though, this is going to come bubblewrapped in a blank cardboard box.

Other Thoughts: Tech Knowledge is an awesome little tag that Newegg provides - you get an insight on what kind of person is writing the review you're reading! If they throw down "tech level five", confident that they know every conceivable computer related piece of information down to the last footnote and then go "hey where's my receiver" without so much as searching "K400 receiver location" online, that's the world telling you to laugh a little. =)
