5 out of 5 eggsLogitech is awesome

Pros: Keys feel great and have great responsiveness. Nice back lighting for working/gaming late. Plenty of macros for gaming or just doing everyday tasks.

Cons: Would be nice to have finer control over the LED brightness. Doesn't feel quite as sturdy as my old G11.

Other Thoughts: Great keyboard for the price especially if you are looking for a gaming keyboard.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Entry Level Keyboard

Pros: The keyboard is a solid choice for entry level gamers new to PC gaming or just on a budget. Gives you macro keys to play with.

Cons: N/A

Other Thoughts: Logitech makes a good entry level gaming keyboard an mouse under the G100 series, but I would spend a bit more for a good headset. Sound is the most important sense in gaming.

5 out of 5 eggsAll parts included.

Pros: Came with all keys.
Looks clean and functional.
Has a QC pass sticker on bottom.

Cons: The silver WASD and arrow keys look worse in person than the photo reveals.
The bottom half is red, like it was mix and match parts.
Leg thingy on bottom doesn't fit the G510.
Doesn't come with wrist/hand rest thing.

Other Thoughts: Did not test if it works, I bought it for parts, for replacing a broken key, broken right leg, and missing screw on my G510.
The media key icons are red.
One of the bottom screws was scratched.

4 out of 5 eggsLogitech or bust

Pros: Keys feel great, LED back lighting is great (adjustable, 2 levels), Gaming macros, gaming button (prevents windows key from swapping windows)

Cons: No wrist wrest! Not even optional! The keyboard is built with 2 spots for clips to insert in the bottom-front, but there is no existing palm rest for the keyboard. Cannot use palm rests from other Logitech keyboards either.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: The keys have a good feel to them. I actually like that the WSAD keys are a colored the same as the arrow keys-- I use them so much for movement in games, so it helps a lot. Also, there are not so many extra function keys on the side as a lot of Logitech's previous offerings in this category have had, meaning it will fit more keyboard drawers.

Cons: The keyboard itself is much lighter than my old G11, and it doesn't feel quite as solid and sturdy. The two light levels in the key backlighting are barely distinguishable from each other. The game mode switch, rather than being a physical switch, is simply a button that you press to toggle game mode on and off (i.e., deactivate the windows keys). And finally, the media keys and volume control are operated by using an "FN" key (like a laptop keyboard).

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome Keyboard, Smooth Keystrokes

Pros: The keys are in fact pretty quiet compared to standard keyboards. They have a certain finish to them that I very much like, and the blue lighting goes hand-in-hand with my custom-built computer. The only thing that I noticed would’ve been an issue is that the keys could be a bit hard to find if you don’t know your way around a keyboard very well. The blue lighting helps – especially at night – but after staring at the screen full of color-rich images and such, looking down at the keyboard might keep you lost for a couple of seconds ‘til you find your place. I guess I’m just used to the white-lettered keyboards from work. Who knows. Anyway, other than that it is an awesome keyboard and the macro buttons on the left really do help with creating major shortcuts for common actions, both in-game and while simply browsing the net. It feels sturdy and the gray-colored “movement” buttons make me feel comfortable when abusing them while raiding in World of Warcraft. Plus, it’s Logitech. They’re yet to fail me and I highly doubt I’ll get to see the day.

Cons: The only con I've come across is that the height of it is a bit low, even with the small booster brackets under it. Not really that big of a deal and still feels quite comfortable.

4 out of 5 eggsPretty Good

Pros: -Function keys. There are 6 of them. I haven't programmed them in yet.
-The keyboard has substance to it. Like, the keys exist.
-Backlight has three settings: Visible, More visible, and Off.
-Letters are not PAINTED on the keys, but part of the molding, you could use this for a million years and the markings would never wear away.
-"Gaming" mode button (Basically, disables the Windows key so you don't accidentally hit it in-game.)
-Logitech quality
-Good software, integrates in with the rest of the G-series stuff (I only have the G-430 headset as well)
-BIOS picked it up on my new board (Gigabyte 970A-UD3P) but....

Cons: My qualms are sparse and relatively minor...
-Old Mobo's BIOS did not pick up this keyboard. It did PS/2 just fine, but did not like this one for some reason. Old board was a Gigabyte MA770-UD3.
-Kind of wish the WASD and arrow keys were NOT painted. I never look at my keyboard anyhow, and all the paint says to me is "I'm going to wear off in another year or so." The lights do an excellent job anyhow so the coloration is not needed. In a dark room with the backlights off, it is VERY hard to see the markings on WASD and arrow keys. A minor gripe at best.
-Bottom of the keyboard is red, for whatever reason. Wish they would have just made it black, as it is the only thing that does not 100% match my build colors now. Oh well, it's the bottom and thus is not very visible.
-Wish the macro profile keys would ALL stay lit up yellow and turn green for the selected one, as well as MR toggling between green/red for recording/not recording. Also, they do not respond to the brightness adjuster button, so they're always one brightness. A bit odd but meh.
-Not QUITE as clicky as I would have hoped, but it's better than most keyboards.
-For whatever reason, the only button that actually has the function of it PAINTED on is the "Gaming Mode" key. I guess I don't really use it much so it won't wear off likely, but still, it's a design inconsistency that ever so slightly bugs me.
-F6-F12 have little red markings on them that correspond to the FN key (things like play/pause, etc) that do NOT light up and are painted on as well. Very hard to see in a dark room and they would have benefited from being backlit as well.
-Bit larger than some keyboards. Fits badly on my keyboard tray but I can deal.

Other Thoughts: Overall, a very nice keyboard, I like it, even after all those cons, they still are only enough to remove a single egg. Though, to be honest, it doesn't offer me much of an upgrade over a standard "normal user" keyboard. I think I could have benefited if I had gone a step higher or so to say, the G110 or something. Still, if you want a really solid backlit keyboard with programmable macros, this still has some application for you. Note that my "Cons" are all relatively minor personal preferences or gripes in design methods, not overall problems with the keyboard. I give it an overall "Pretty Good"

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Great keyboard. macro keys are easy to program and the keys light up.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Im not sure why this keyboard has a red bottom but lights up blue, but its still a great cost effective solution.
