5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: I bought this keyboard and mouse combo to get rid of some wire clutter but I'm pleasantly surprised with the quality and comfort of this combo.
Pros:
It's quiet.
Features well spaced keys.
Caps lock indicator.
On/off switch.
Sturdy build quality.
No problems with lag when typing .

Cons: The mouse is on the small side.

Other Thoughts: Download Logitech SetPoint to tweak keyboard and mouse settings.

5 out of 5 eggsGood wireless keyboard, especially for the price

Pros: Both mouse & keyboard go off of the same USB receiver. The range is pretty decent. Both have an off switch on them, so if you use these in a HTPC the battery life should be quite long so far as you remember to turn them off after use. Also, for HTPC the off switch is nice sot that you can have the mouse near by, but an accidental wiggle of the mouse will not wake the screen up or bring up the on screen play buttons, etc.

Cons: A couple times there has been a bit of typing delay, but this is usually not an issue.

Other Thoughts: Especially for the price, I would recommend this product. I am sure there are items out there that have zeros typing delay ever, but not at this price point. I would recommend this product.

4 out of 5 eggsOK, but

Pros: I own two of these, and both work ok for me. No lag, keys ok, but only a couple feet distance.

Cons: The first one had the unifying nano receiver, but the new model has a non-unifying nano receiver.

Other Thoughts: They are both K270, but different model number.

3 out of 5 eggsLess than mediocre

Pros: Wireless Keyboard, comes with batteries, easy to use and has some neat controls like volume, PC shutdown, and media controls.

Cons: In a living room, unobstructed, at any distance over about ten feet, this thing starts freaking out. It starts missing letters a lot, and then inputting some of the letters you've typed twice.

Other Thoughts: Moved closer to the TV and the problem sorted itself, just don't expect to use this at a range higher than 10 ft.

5 out of 5 eggsVery good

Pros: Low cost, great feel, quiet keys, super responsive, easy setup , full size win small footprint, I could go on.....

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: What a great Combe.. I've been using a Microsoft combo at twice the price. It worked ok, but not as nice as this. 5 eggs!!!!!!
Buy it if you want a great wireless experience. I'm using for business, so I can't vouch for gamers.

4 out of 5 eggsNice Combo

Pros: Purchased for office conference room projector AV set up.
Both respond well and have a good range in our 20 x 40 conference room. PC is hidden in cabinet.

Cons: Non so far expect staff usually forget to turn the keyboard and mouse off. :-)

Other Thoughts: They both use the same single low profile USB receiver that plugs into the PC. Very clean

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: It works. Cheap. Surprisingly soft touch keyboard than other k270 model.

Cons: No unifying capability. Poor design and layout. The power button works as sleep button!

Other Thoughts: I previously gave this 4 eggs, but I have to remove one egg after I found out that it is not unifying capable therefore can't use my old mouse with it unless I use a separate usb receiver. But most disappointing is the power button works as sleep button only and no way to configure it even with the latest version of setpoint software. You can only choose sleep or hibernate from Windows power option. My old K270 power button can be configure from the setpoint software itself. Logitech should even change the icon of this power button to sleep button to avoid confusion.

4 out of 5 eggsWhat can you expect for the price?

Pros: Price
Full Keyboard
Number pad
Utility buttons on the top of they keyboard
Easy PnP
Small receiver

Cons: Receiver strength could be better
Mouse has no side buttons, only left and right click and wheel.

Other Thoughts: Overall, this is a great buy for a machine you will be close to. The receiver is very small and doesn't get in the way of anything other than a USB port. The receiver will work perfectly with a HUB as well. The only problem I've had is when I plug the receiver into the back of my machine, the keyboard and mouse will randomly stop and start functioning. Plugging it up front, closer to the actual keyboard and mouse, gets rid of the problem entirely. If there is about 5 feet between you and the receiver, expect cut outs.

4 out of 5 eggsEverything as expected and more!

Pros: Cheap ($20). Unifying. The keyboard is surprisingly soft to touch than my previous MK270.

Cons: It only comes with one usb receiver though you only need one because of the unifying technology, I sometimes use the mouse for the laptop and an extra usb receiver will be helpful.
The mouse wheel feels flimsy but for the price you couldn't ask for more.
