The sleep button will put your computer on hibernate or sleep mode. This keyboard plugs into any unoccupied USB port. The scissor-type key structure makes for smooth and quiet operations, for typing while on the phone or in any place where you need a quiet environment. This is an elegant little keyboard, sure to light up your life.

2 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Pretty.

Cons: Bought a second one after my first went bad because I liked the idea so much, but this one didn't last either.

5 out of 5 eggssmall keys but small footprint too

Pros: small, lighted, looks cool

Cons: small keys, not for chubby fingers, they were sold out of the el-620 which sounds nicer

Other Thoughts: I really just wanted to reply to the last review "worthless", if your tech level is high, then how did it never occur to you to turn off the number lock? Did you notice the additional characters painted on the keys? I'm guessing you have never used a laptop. These work fine, assuming you can follow simple intuitive instructions.

1 out of 5 eggsWorthless

Pros: Small and brightly lit.

Cons: They far right keys do not register properly. A "P" registers a -. The L is something else. Tried this keyboard with 3 different computers all with different OS and still the same.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Keyboard is great, not for people with big hands.

Cons: Don't spill any liquid on this keyboard as it will ruin it in a matter of seconds, keys will be shorted out and it will look like a button is pressed down (depending on where you spill it) even though its not.

4 out of 5 eggsAdded bonus: very quiet typing

Pros: Small, quiet, simple

Cons: Lacks numeric keypad, extra Hotkeys

Other Thoughts: An added bonus is that these keys are virtually silent. That is great for typing while talking with people on the phone (i.e. taking notes or multi-tasking). It is just like a small laptop keyboard in that it types silently. That is much better than the clickity-clack of every other brand of keyboard I have tried.

Note that the small size of the keyboard is not for everyone, in my opinion. But it works great for me.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat keyboard for the price

Pros: 1. Very lightweight & small.
2. Backlight
3. Light On/Off switch for daytime and night time operation.
4. Long USB cable.

Cons: 1. It's very lightweight making it feel cheap.
2. Keyboard lift broke in only one week.

Other Thoughts: This keyboard is very good for an average person and high end user. But if you are someone who hammers the keys this is not for you.

Those who use 12in notebooks will get used to this keyboard quickly.

5 out of 5 eggsAWESOME

Pros: small, back light, really easy to type rather quick on it.contrary to other reviews claiming brittleness, that's completely untrue with mine...i've been bashing this thing for over a year now, literally, and nothing's awry.

Cons: nothing that i can think of off-hand, other than the fact that it's IMPOSSIBLE to get a key back onto the keyboard after removing it from the kb itself.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: very small, back light, light, and does not take a lot of room.

Cons: does not look to be built very well.

Other Thoughts: I love the back light. I am typing this on the big brother of this keyboard. worked well.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat but don't spill anything on it

Pros: Very small, can be used in the dark with no problems.

Cons: Takes a few days or even weeks to get used to.

Other Thoughts: I loved this keyboard once I got my fingers used to the keys. After about 6 months of ownership I spilled a drink on it and it never recovered. The \ key is permenantly on. I was looking at keyboards on here just now and it reminded me of the ol' Zippy in my closet. I plugged it back in after all this time and the problem is still there. I've put other keyboards through hell, but this one gave up on me after one little bit of mountain dew. Not worth the cost to replace, I might just ruin another one!
