5 out of 5 eggsThe 6 is on the right side!

Pros: Finally, an ergonomic keyboard with the '6' on the right side of the keyboard! Otherwise, well, it's a keyboard, and it works.

Cons: none

3 out of 5 eggsFlawed

Pros: This has served as a decent workhorse keyboard. The key feel is nice, and the keys are mostly well-placed--standard arrow-key and backspace placement, and even standard home/end/etc. placement. The dual space keys are a nice touch, as the smaller keys' pressure-spreader bars are a little more reliable than those of a full-size space bar's. And I always prefer a wired keyboard to wireless.

Cons: This keyboard has two critically bad key designs, in my book. First, "\" is to the right of the right-hand shift key. Second, the "power" key in the upper right actually did turn off my computer, though it wouldn't turn it on, making it purely a nuisance, but I couldn't disable it through BIOS or software. Also, some of the key labels have faded over time. And a detachable wrist rest would have been nice.

4 out of 5 eggsBelkin keyboard

Pros: Well it's big ! I was using a Liteon SK-6200 and liked it a lot.
It died so I bought this one. I wish I had got a beige color
board since my eyes are terrible anymore. I'll get used to this
one from Belkin. I'm giving a good rating instead of an excellent
rating. The tip about going into screen savers to manage the
power button works and is a good tip to keep you from
shutting your PC down at the wrong time...which I did after
just a couple of minutes using this. I'd suggest applying it.

Cons: As another buyer mentions, it would be nice if it was able to
be raised a bit more at the back. A couple of small blocks
will fix it, but it would of been nice if Belkin had done this.
It's a little noisy, but you get used to it, though I don't believe
I'd buy this again.

Other Thoughts: Once again Newegg makes the transaction great. Ordered
Tuesday and I'm using this new hardware on Weds. Thanks
Newegg.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat ergo keyboard

Pros: This appears to be re-branded but otherwise (almost) exactly identical to a keyboard I've owned for nearly 10 years now (it's so old its connector wasn't even PS2). I'm very pleased to find something that can replace it.

Good design, good separation of the hands, which makes for really good typing proficiency as long as you practice correctly.

Cons: There is one troubling difference between the newer Belkin keyboard and my older model: the older model had feet on the front edge that allowed the keyboard to be pitched up and back by about an inch-and-a-half: this allows your wrists to sit at a more natural angle, without having to strain and bend them up like with a normal keyboard. The belkin keyboard is missing these feet (it even seems to have the holes into which the feet would retract, but filled with plastic). My solution will probably be to get a couple cubes of dense foam and glue them to the underside of the front edge of the keyboard.

Other Thoughts: Other commentors have mentioned how the Belkin keyboard has a pesky "power" button in the top right, which will power your computer off without asking if it's even pressed once. I've found that if you go into "power" settings (windows users - this is found in your screen saver settings / advanced), you can just disable it altogether. Just change the "when i press the power button on my computer" setting to "ask" or "do nothing". No problem.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: It's cheap and it beats the hell out of the ergo 4000 i had.

It's got the number 6 on the right side.

no pressing bs flock key like on my previous keybard

price. I bought 2 for what i paid for my ex.

I know this is pretty vague, but it feels really solid to me.

Cons: nothing

Other Thoughts: I had to dump my ergo 4000 because it wouldn't work with usb to ps2 adapter. This one happily works with my kvm and the computers attached to it.

I lauged when i read the box. It says it's silent, but it really isn't. I love that about it though, i like the way it sounds.

The keys feel great, i really can't explain it. The split space bar feels good when playing games. It takes time to get used to having the 6 on the right side ( where it's supposed to be).

5 out of 5 eggsThe only keyboard I buy.

Pros: This is the most comfortable ergonomic keyboard I've used. It is very solid and reliable. I've purchased two of these and an earlier model from the same mold. All still function well and the key action is like new even on the ten year old earlier model.

Cons: I can't think of any.

Other Thoughts: The action on the keys is a bit heavy. I like it that way but some might not.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat feeling keyboard

Pros: Great price for an ergonomic keyboard, this is much cheaper than the Microsoft keyboard. Plus the pricey MS ergonomic keyboard died after 1 year. Keys feel great, crisp response, not mushy like the MS. Great keyboard for large hands.

Cons: Keys are a little loud but I'm getting used to it. The \ is in an awkward place to the right of the right shift key but I'll get used to it. The power key is annoying but I'll either remove it or fix some kind of cap for it.

Other Thoughts: It's not a perfect keyboard but other than a couple of minor annoyances it's close.

4 out of 5 eggsOverpriced but nice

Pros: Split, full-sized ergonomic keyboard and has a layout that I prefer (two rows of keys rather than two columns for Insert/Delete/etc.)

Cons: Lip of wrist rest was splintered before delivery. Rather than send back I just glued down the little sliver so it doesn't poke anybody. This was not from shipping, it just wasn't caught in the factory.
More expensive than it should be.
