Cons: After a year of normal use the "8" key on the number pad only works if you hit it straight down and with considerable force. A few other keys suffer from the same problem. The USB ports only run at 1.0 speed so a USB 2.0 stick is out of the question if you want it to transfer any sort of large files.
Other Thoughts: I am still on the search for a low-profile, well made keyboard

Pros: I really like this keyboard with USB Ports. I bought it for my new desktop. It is really convenient to use Microphone, USB drives or whatever. The price of $20 (after MIR) cannot be beated. I strongly recommend this keyboard and would like to buy it again if necessary.
Cons: none
Other Thoughts: very happy with Newegg, fast shipping.

Rating: 5/5Great keyboard for laptop
Pros: 2 USB ports, plus 1 mini-USB cable nice keystroke feel
Cons: navigation keys in non-standard location
Other Thoughts: I bought this keyboard to use with my laptop. I have only been using it for 1 day, but it is exactly what I'd hoped for. they keyboard feel is MUCH better than my laptop, plus I actually gain USB ports. The keyboard uses 1 USB port on my laptop, but I can plug my USB mouse into the keyboard. I can also plug a USB flash drive into the keyboard. The mini-USB cable that is built in to the keyboard works perfectly with my t-Mobile Shadow phone and my digital camcorder. This keyboard is plug-and-play with Windows Vista (and probably XP also). As others have said, the location of some of the keys (mostly the navigation keys) might take a little getting used to... but the keys are all there. I am very happy with this purchase. The best $25 I've ever spent for a computer accessory.

Pros: see my other review by "Nick"
Cons: see my other review by "Nick"
Other Thoughts: It turns out the crashing of the keyboard has nothing to do with USB powered devices. They keyboard will crash I leave my cellphone too close the the top of the board when I receive text messages. It turns out that it is more susceptible to interference than my other keyboards. I have be storing my cellphone further away and haven't had any problems since.

Pros: Really good keyboard. The keys are almost identical to my keyboard on my laptop. Everything worked right out of the box.
Cons: The only thing I would like is the ability to remap the hot keys. Otherwise a really great keyboard.
Other Thoughts: The keyboard does have a low profile, but the footprint is just about as big as a regular keyboard. It really won't save space on your work desk.

Rating: 5/5Excellent Keyboard
Pros: Super slim & small yet rock solid, great feel from the keys, mini USB is extremely convenient, fantastic price
Cons: Keys are a bit crowded at points, mini USB cord could be a bit longer
Other Thoughts: Excellent keyboard for the money. The few cons are a result of the form factor and are very minor issues. Kudos to Newegg for quick shipping and a great price!

Rating: 4/5Worth the newegg price
Pros: I love the laptop like feel to the keys, and the lo-Profile design fits nicely with the aesthetics of my desk. The media center controls are also a plus. Also the standard USB port is great for flash drives.
Cons: The mini USB wire doesn't like to be connected to devices that charge by USB. After the device connected the keyboard will crash and will not function until the computer is restarted.
Other Thoughts: The Delete key is much to small for my tastes. Eject key dosen't work under windows.
Not entirely worth the MSRP but it is worth ever dollar of the newegg price.

Rating: 4/5Great design
Pros: I have always wanted a keyboard with USB ports, most of PC keyboard doesn't provide that, the Mac keyboard are expensive, this one is great and works for both Mac and PC, the mini USB cable is a bonus.
Cons: Not sure what's the problem, when I boot up my Mac Mini, it try to find mouse and nothing I can do but reboot, but once I reboot it works just fine, otherwise I would give it a rating of 5.

Rating: 4/5Fine Basic Keyboard
Pros: Quiet Small desktop footprint Responsive Handy mini USB plug Multimedia keys completely functional
Cons: Short cord Some of the keys are in different places -- takes getting used to
Other Thoughts: I bought this after returning an ergonomic keyboard that covered way too much of the desk and wasn't all that ergonomic. I use Linux, and of all the keyboards I've used, this one worked flawlessly out of the box; the multimedia keys even map correctly, no set-up necessary. It's quiet, responsive, and the mini USB cable is surprisingly handy -- I use it far more than I ever thought I would
I decided to write this when I was looking for some spec info on this keyboard and saw a few reviews saying the keys popped off. I just wanted to say that I've had this keyboard for over a year, and have had no problems except the short cord (and an extension took care of that). I'm a grad student and write quite a bit, and have never had a key just pop off or keys become sticky or unresponsive. In fact, it's about the most responsive keyboard I've used. I may be just lucky, but it's been a solid accessory and a great purchase.
