5 out of 5 eggsGreat product!

Pros: Cheap price, durable feel, no issues. Keys are nice and solid, no wiggle experienced. Mouse is responsive and fits my hand fine (I wear large-sized gloves, for reference) and smaller hands in the office have no issues.

The built-in ergonomic pad feels like a quality piece. Both work with the transmitters 3 ft above the keyboard, so no line of site needed.

Cons: Only con is that the keys are very tall, so quick typing is inhibited until you "learn" to use the keyboard. Not a very big con to me, as this is used at a standing work station.

Other Thoughts: Yes. Solid product, the ability to wash/disinfect it thoroughly is great as these are used in a lab environment.

3 out of 5 eggsunusable over 5 feet

Pros: comfortable keyboard and mouse, simple and straightforward.

Cons: poor range, mouse must be switched off after use, not automatic.

Other Thoughts: Purchased this to use with a pc / home theater setup. The pc case has a front usb port which was used for the Bluetooth dongle, but the range was still terrible. Our coffee table is less than ten feet from the pc, but out of range for the keyboard. It works great if within 3 or 4 feet of the dongle, but that wasn't the intended purpose for me.

2 out of 5 eggsErractic RF Connection

Pros: Mouse works well. Nice wrist pad. Lots of Windows-related buttons.

Cons: Kit came with four Eveready AA batts. Two went dead short in the wireless mouse - caught it due to sensing heat before it could melt / catch fire. Replaced batts and mouse worked consistently therafter.

Keyboard was erratic in wirelessly connecting from the start. Checked Kensington website and there is ZERO information/documentation/FAQs/software to allow troubleshooting of this keyboard. Layout of the site leaves me with the impression that user interfaces are poorly thought out sideline for this company.

4 out of 5 eggsI would still buy it again but …

Pros: Storing the receiver in the mouse is easy. Having no cables means less clutter in the desk. Units use standard batteries (as opposed to non-replaceable rechargeable ones). Mouse has extra buttons. Mouse has dpi button. The receiver is small and can be left in the laptop. Keyboard has adjustable position. **Keyboard has an apps button**

Cons: The mouse wheel develops a squeaky sound. The mouse wheel also works as middle button but it is awkward to press it without turning it. The mouse wheel does not tilt. The travel of the keys in the keyboard is too large (at least 3 times as long as the keyboard of my laptop). Keyboard is not ergonomic.

Other Thoughts: The mouse could use more buttons. Mouse is light. I got used to it. My older mouse feels heavy in comparison. The overall construction leaves a cheap feeling. This is the only keyboard/mouse combo that I could find where the mouse had 5 buttons, the keyboard still had the apps button, and the receiver was small. I got it with a promotion for about $60. I would not pay more than that.

5 out of 5 eggsperfect

Pros: Lightening fast communication over 5g and 2.4 channels. Paired with any gigabit wireless router your home network will fly with no issues. Stream everything all at once without a care!

Cons: Sold out. No surprise really
