4 out of 5 eggsWorks fine - wish the keys were high contrast

Pros: Much better key response than a standard membrane type of keyboard. The absence of a Windows Start Menu key on the WASD side of the keyboard is an excellent feature. Bright red WASD and arrow keys are very easy to install. The anti-ghosting feature appears to work as it should. The price was right and I have no regrets about buying this product.

Cons: As others have mentioned, the low-contrast color of the text on the keys is very difficult to read under typical room lighting conditions. Seriously, if your source of lighting is coming from behind you, the lettering on the keys will not be visible. If Thermaltake wants to make this product a home-run deal they should use high contrast bright white lettering on all the keys.

Other Thoughts: While playing TitanFall I found myself stabbing the "G" key rather than the "F" key when I needed to eject, or I'd hit the "1" key instead of the "Q" key when I needed to deploy my tacticals. It was impossible to see the keys due to the low contrast color of the lettering. I ended up buying a cheap USB LED light (5 bucks) to illuminate the WASD side of the keyboard and that made it possible to see where I was at a glance.

3 out of 5 eggskinda good

Pros: for a non backlit it has nice enough key prints

Cons: mushy like key feel, not very satisfying tactile feel

Other Thoughts: if you're on a budget and this thing is on sale, it may be a good option. I have felt better tactile feel on cheaper keyboard though.

5 out of 5 eggsFantastic gaming keyboard on budget

Pros: Great feel to the keys. Not quite like a mechanical keyboard, but very tactile and great feedback.
Very cheap.

Cons: No backlight. (But I never found backlight to be useful. It's purely cosmetic for me, so it wasn't a dealbreaker)

Other Thoughts: If you're on a budget, this is a fantastic keyboard to get. I read that for some, there's been quality control issues, but that's to be expected with most electronic products. Just RMA, and you're good to go. I've been using it for couple of weeks, and it's been holding perfectly fine.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat budget gaming keyboard!

Pros: Responsive keys, easy to clean, comfortable

Cons: Harder to see in low light than you might think

Other Thoughts: II got this keyboard because I was looking for a replacement for my very cheap keyboard. I'm budget conscious and a gamer, so this fit the bill for price and quality.
The only qualm I have is that I thought the blue lettered keys would make it easier to see than they actually are. I didn't want to go overboard with lighted keys and I got the impression these would work. They don't, but you can always use the included red keys to help in this situation. I would definitely recommend this as a great non-mechanical keyboard for gamers.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Nice clicky feel. Its a little more mechanical feeling than a typical membrane keyboard, but definately not quite the same as true mechanical switch.

Anti ghosting works great.

Windows key removed from left side so you dont accidentally hit it when gaming. Im used to using the left side windows key, so it took a while to get used to. I prefer a windows lockout switch.

The large rubber feet keep this keyboard in place. Feels durable.

The repeat rate switching is a neat feature though I dont use it for the types of games I play.

Cons: I dont like the larger enter key and the position of the "\" key.

Some people might not like the lack of a left side windows key.

Other Thoughts: I think this is probably the best basic gaming keyboard you can get at this price point. It doesnt have macro keys or media keys like some of the keyboards you can get for $10-15 more. But this keyboard has a great feel of the keys and great anti ghosting and I think those are the most important things for a gaming keyboard.

4 out of 5 eggsNice

Pros: Average user with some light gaming.
It works and feels good to press on keys, not too soft but yet is quieter than my last cheap keyboards.
Wish I can tell you a lot about this keyboard, but I cannot, but I like over my last (5 or 6) cheap keyboards.

Cons: Will let you know when I find one.

4 out of 5 eggsSolid choice

Pros: good feel and seems to be of good quality; have used it for normal PC use and for some gaming and haven't had any problems

Cons: not a fan of the "L" shaped enter/return key because I usually use the right shift key while typing. Now I always hit the \ key by accident because that key is below the enter key and shrinks the right shift key; but that's just my personal preference and won't be an issue once I adjust

5 out of 5 eggsGreat keyboard

Pros: I love this keyboard. Has the mechanical look and feel. It's cheap and I game with it everyday.

Cons: I know it doesn't have lit keys so I'm not deducting an egg. If you want lit keys, pay more. Otherwise, this one is fantastic.

5 out of 5 eggsCheap and a Good Performer

Pros: Simple design/layout
+ I like the banded USB cords for giggles

Cons: Handrest could be a bit cushier, but whatever works. I've not had any real issues with it during extended sessions.

Other Thoughts: Bought it to replace a wireless keyboard that was starting to have issues with responsiveness. This has been a large improvement in responsiveness, cheap, and does exactly what I need it to do.
