2 out of 5 eggsdisappointed

Pros: Worked well when it worked. In fact the keyboard portion I cannot find fault with, as it is still in use, with a regular mouse. But that sorta defeats the whole point, don't it? (See Cons). The glide pad was very convenient in that minimal, to no desk space, was required to mouse around, i.e., you could put the whole deal in your lap and never have to reach any further than the wrist rest to mouse about.

Cons: The buttons on the glide pad are cheaply made. They had very little tactile feedback to begin with, and after about 1 year, the buttons just collapsed into the keyboard, rendering the use of the glide pad to zero.

Examination of the internals of the glide pad area reviled very little structural support for the buttons. So it wasn't hard to figure out why it failed. Also, uneven mating between the external button and the internal micro-switch was so bad that one micro-switch (left button) was actually worn away (gone) and the other (right) was well on its way to destruction. ADESSO really needs to use switches that are of a little higher quality and redesign the support behind the glide pad and buttons to keep everything solid and squarely aligned.

Other Thoughts: I really wish this type of keyboard would work out, as it is a convenient form factor when desk space is tight, but I can't deal with a keyboard that costs this much, failing in such a short time.
