4 out of 5 eggsFunction keys, USB hub and SD card reader

Pros: The keyboard has been responsive and fully functional in Windows, Debian (including Raspberry Pi B+) and BSD. The USB hub is great for low current devices. While not a mechanical keyboard the key feedback/response is very good and the keys are shaped in a manner which makes finding any key very easy even in the dark.

Cons: This cannot really be called a "Con" but I would have prefered if the keyboard was mechanical with MX Blue switches. The USB Hub does not work well with the Raspberry Pi unless the device connected is low current. Would have been improved with a power adapter.

1 out of 5 eggsPoor quality keyboard combined with poor cust service

Pros: It has a built in SD card reader. Handy for floor mounted pcs

Cons: Very poor build quality. Keys stick. Attempts to return direct to Adesso took 2 weeks just to get RMA form 2 days after warranty expired

Other Thoughts: I have built HUNDREDS of pcs as part of my business. The only company worse than Adesso for RMA is Tiger Direct (Never pays out on rebates) and Midwest micro which is finally defunct

3 out of 5 eggsUseful features, bad implementation

Pros: - Card reader
- Two USB 2.0 ports
- Perfectly rectangular
- Media buttons

Cons: - Cheap legs
- Cheap USB ports
- Cheap, non-detachable hand rest
- Key presses feel odd
- No backlight

Other Thoughts: I've had this keyboard for a few months now and I'm already looking to replace it. I bought it specifically for the USB 2.0 ports and the card reader was an added bonus. Unfortunately, there are several things wrong with this keyboard. First off, the hand rest is non-detachable, the color has already worn off, and it takes up a few extra inches of desk space. Second of all, one of the legs on the keyboard broke within the first two months, so I've had a flat keyboard since then. Third, and most disappointing, are the very "loose" USB ports. Things wiggle in them. If USB peripherals get bumped to the left, I lose connection. If they're bumped to the right, they reconnect. It's really annoying. The last bad thing about this keyboard are the keys. The best way I can describe it is like a laptop keyboard with over sized keys. They don't feel solid, like everything else on this keyboard. Pretty much the only thing I like about this keyboard is that it's perfectly rectangular.

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Its a keyboard with a built in SD card reader

Cons: Its a keyboard with a built in SD card reader that doesn't work.

Other Thoughts: It works until your computer goes to sleep and then after that it wont work again until you restart or unplug/replug

1 out of 5 eggsPiece of junk

Pros: The only pro for this keyboard is that it has a built in SD card reader, which seems to work.

Cons: The keys on the keyboard are sticky, hard to press and now suddenly opening and closing apps and windows when I'm simply typing text. Looks like they tried to make this keyboard do too much (launching apps, controlling audio, etc...) and they failed to QA the basic functions it's supposed to fulfill. It's going back today!!

Other Thoughts: Should have known it was a piece of junk based on the price alone. Guess you get what you pay for. Now it's costing me almost half the cost of the keyboard to send it back for refund. Sheesh, what a scam.

5 out of 5 eggsNice Keyboard

Pros: Card reader works very well on SD and SDHC which is what I bought it for.
The keyboard itself feels very solid and the keys are nice and quiet.
Has just about every media button you could think of and they all work plug and play. Did not have to install any software for XP SP3.
The extra USB ports come in handy too. My old compaq enhanced PS2 keyboard had none.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: This is a full sized keyboard.
Suits my needs very well.
