2 out of 5 eggsMushiest keyboard I have ever used

Pros: It's a keyboard and it technically works. USB hub seems to do what it's supposed to.

Cons: This is the mushiest keyboard I have ever used. I've use an IBM PCjr keyboard. This was worse. It's like the keys are mounted on play-doh. Fast typing is basically impossible.

4 out of 5 eggsgets the job done

Pros: Gets the job done. Usb ports for reduced clutter. Media keys and standard keyboard size. Works and is affordable.

Cons: After about half a year, the cord connected to the keyboard came loose and pulled out. It wasnt a big deal as it didnt completely fall out n I just taped it down. It isnt a gaming keyboard but it hasnt given me problems altho 3 years later it sometimes stops being recognized at post bootup. No big deal. Its probably et its last breath. Not a bad run time.

Other Thoughts: Not sure about the issues in the other reviews. Of course when Ibought it, I knew it was not ideal for gaming or fast responses especially at such a low price...but I am definitely suprised that I had none of those problems. Ive never had keys sticking or problems with getting fast responses. I type fast and am on the pc almost all day every day and while it has been a bit sensitive it hasnt had problems registering. When I press a key, that key responds. Sometimes a bit too well but really what do you expect? Its a cheap keyboard. ..

For me the bonuses were the usb ports which help reduce cable clutter from my mouse and whatever else...and the media keys. Media keys are pretty much a must for me and it is always a task trying to find an affordable cheap keyboard that is has media keys. Most of the ones I come alomg are a bit pricey for fittimg basic needs, are not standard ... and/or have overly rounded edged keys like the spacebar which make typing uncomfortable for my taste. It feels wierd and sensitive. This keyboard clicks n sounds as expected and has a decent sensitivity...for not making a gaming high profile keyboard, I find the price to ne a steal since it has those features. Possibly, this could just be one of those hit or miss things. Ive defintely used worse ones before. Dont buy this unless you understand that this is what you should expect from a basic usb keyboard of its price. Invest more if you want faster and more accurate response times.

1 out of 5 eggsTerrible Keyboard

Pros: It has a working usb port.

Cons: It is by far the worst keyboard I have ever encountered. The keys have no "spring" to them. A couple on mine actually need to be lifted back up.

Other Thoughts: Do not buy this keyboard or any other by this manufacturer.

3 out of 5 eggsWish I could return it

Pros: It does work, mostly... I love the USB ports on the top and the media keys. It's not bulky and fits great on my desk.

Cons: The keys are not very sensitive. Maybe I'm just used to my laptop keyboard, but I feel like I have to really press down on the keys in order to get them to work. Also, the key response time isn't optimal for gaming.

Other Thoughts: Overall, it's not a bad keyboard, but since I tend to type quickly, I need a better responsiveness from the keys. It's not horrible, but I do find myself making more typos that aren't my fault but the keyboard's not registering the buttons I pressed. I'm going to see if I can't get used to it since I threw the box away and can't return it, and since I can't find anything else out there that's equivalent (USB ports on top, media keys, wired, no palm rest, etc.).
