3 out of 5 eggsI give up

Pros: low profile, matte surface, LEDs stayed bright, consistent throughout ownership, macro keys are handy feature

Cons: I just could never get used to the tactile feedback of the keys. They aren't like any of my laptops or my office Dell. It's been a year and I still find myself typing keys more than once to complete a sentence. My employer is using the Logictech K600, which is oh my gosh, so much better, but... costs 2x. In the case of the Logisys, I got maybe just a little more than what I paid for, which is probably why I held on for so long. Not looking back.

3 out of 5 eggsstiff keys

Pros: nice and slim, decent backlighting, the white letters are easy to see in broad daylight. Backlighting is just the right brightness in a dark room.

Cons: backlight is not adjustable brightness, just on or off. the keys take way too much pressure to activate and cause strain in my hands. I mss leters sometmes becase I din't prss hrd enogh and that's saying something because I have a pretty strong grip.

Other Thoughts: If they fixed the stiff keys on a new revision of this keyboard it would be perfect.

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Well lit and not overly bright at night. Has some nice shortcut buttons

Cons: Buttons sometimes stick down and require prying back up. Could be more shortcut keys

Other Thoughts: Very flat key board even with the legs out in the back. over all not bad for the price.

2 out of 5 eggs

Pros: The backlighting is nicely done.

Cons: I don't like it. I type a lot and switching keyboards always causes some awkwardness. But that usually goes away in a few minutes or a couple of hours. I've been using this keyboard for hours every day -- and it's just as awkward now as when I first used it. And I'm not sure why. The keys have flat tops; I'm used to sculpted tops. The pressure needed to type is just a bit off -- but enough to make it harder to type. And there are subtle layout differences that mean I continue to get the wrong key unless I look down at the keyboard.

There are times I need to type in the dark, so I'll put this one back in the box and only drag it out when I need that feature. But I will wish I not had bought it in the first place.

If you need a backlit keyboard, I suggest you keep looking.

5 out of 5 eggsLED

Pros: Lights up so it's good for people who need more vision of the keys.

Cons: The quality of it doesn't feel all that great but for it's price tag I think it's okay.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat for the price

Pros: -Cheap
-Backlighting
-Looks
-Works great for everyday use and gaming

Cons: -Feels somewhat cheap (Doesn't bother me)
-Keys sometimes grab when you try to push them down at an angle (I eventually got used to typing with my fingers going straight down)

5 out of 5 eggsWish I had found this sooner

Pros: Considering the price, it's an outstanding keyboard. Newegg's pictures are accurate, even the LED illumination, so I won't list all of the aesthetic pros.

Cons: - Logisys logo ruins an otherwise simple and elegant look
- Scroll lock, caps lock and num lock indicators are significantly brighter than the keys
- Wrist rest isn't detachable

Other Thoughts: Keys and wrist rest are coated in the same rubbery stuff that a lot of cell phones have on their back covers. Not a con (I actually like it more than regular hard plastic keys), but we'll see how it stands up to long-term use and how easy it is to clean.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Keyboard for the price

Pros: This keyboard is very small and thin compared to other keyboards I've owned. The white led lights are bright and easy to see, but not overpowering. Keys are very quiet and easy to push.

Cons: The legs aren't high enough. It's basically no different than laying flat. Cord is too long, but that's just me for.

Other Thoughts: Don't expect an expensive gaming type keyboard from this. However I do use it to play games like BF2 and minecraft with no problem. This is a great keyboard for those on a budget and want something stylish and functional.

4 out of 5 eggsMeets my needs

Pros: -The illumination brightness is perfect (not at all blinding and doesn't light up the room if left on)
-Volume + and - on keyboard
-Wrist rest is quite comfortable and just big enough
-Has a calculator button on it (pro for me, but maybe im odd)
-USB cord is perfect size
-Price is awesome
-Keys are quit compared to my old keyboard ( but it was old)

Cons: -The keys might upset some people with there flatness, it takes a few minutes to get use to
-Definitely not a gaming keyboard, your fingers can slip to another key almost without noticing
-Keyboard will slip around on a glass top desk due to the fact that there is no rubber on the bottom of the pop-outs underneath to raise the front up
-The front doesnt raise very high so you will be typing almost flat

Other Thoughts: This keyboard does everything i need it to at a great price. The sliding of the keyboard is the only thing that gets to me but that is easily solved by putting a keyboard mat under it...
