2 out of 5 eggsIts ok

Pros: Its wireless. Keyboard has plenty of software enabled hotkeys.

Cons: The range is quite limited, which almost defeats the purpose of having wireless in the first place. The USB cables for a normal wired mouse and keyboard can reach farther than the wireless range on these devices. I have to resync the reciever to the keyboard and mouse almost daily. The mouse does not go into standby, though it appears that it should. After going through one pair of batteries in the first couple of days, I learned that I had to remove a battery to keep the mouse from completely draining it when I wasn't using it.

Other Thoughts: It was relatively inexpensive so I figured there wasn't a lot to lose in trying it. Even so, I'm walking away with the feeling that I wasted my money.

2 out of 5 eggsPoor Quality

Pros: Cheap (more ways then one). Of coarse Newegg shipped amazingly fast, cant fault them.

Cons: The usb cable that is only 3 ft long, the mouse has to be within 18 inches of the usb transmiter that send the signal to work properly. The quality of the kb and mouse is poor. Spend just a few buck more and get a better quality wireless kb and mouse.

Other Thoughts: I wasted my money on this item... Its been junked and I bought a logitech wireless combo.

1 out of 5 eggsBuy Something Else

Pros: None that any basic keyboard can't give you.

Cons: This keyboard has terrible range, the only way for you to type without it skipping some keys is if the keyboard and receiver are almost touching. I've had this keyboard for about 8 months now and the other day the keyboard started to freeze up, moved the keyboard to a different USB port and same problem. Windows event viewer reported a i8042prt driver error. I replaced the keyboard and errors went away.

Other Thoughts: I never used the included mouse, but it looked and felt very cheap. This keyboard may be wireless, but don't expect to be able to get more than a few inches away from the receiver.

5 out of 5 eggsCan't Beat the Price

Pros: 1) The price - the available rebate gets the keyboard + mouse to you for 9.99 after all is said and done
2) The wireless keyboard works very well and has a good feel - you don't have to install the software if you don't want all the hotkeys

Cons: 1) As others have stated, the mouse is nothing to write home about - but it's not terrible either (has a cheap feel but responds OK, at least has a scroll wheel)

Other Thoughts: Great overall deal for those looking for a decent wireless keyboard (and a backup mouse comes for free)

4 out of 5 eggsGood Combo

Pros: Keys feel nice. 20 Function keys, for web browsing, media playback, etc. Wireless optical mouse has battery-saving feature. Scroll wheel is sturdy. Quick and easy to install.

Cons: Every once in a while, a key will stick and type repeating letters. I just hit backspace or space, and it stops - not too bad a headache. Sometimes you have to push the ctrl, shift, or alt key fairly hard for it to be recognised. Not like, with all the force in the world, but with more force than is usually used for typing. Function keys act weird on XP for some reason (example, pressing play/pause tries to submit a web form...).

Other Thoughts: Bought this as a replacement for another more expensive wireless combo that had gotten coffee spillt all over it. The + and - on the numpad didn't work, and I use those quite often. I had a Newegg credit, and the rebate ontop of that made it free. Yay for free stuff! (It'd still be a good deal for full price)

3 out of 5 eggsYou Get What You Pay For

Pros: Cheap, mouse and keyboard included, plug and play with XP.

Cons: Distance (just a few feet), mouse is very low quality, and keyboard stopped working after a few months.

Other Thoughts: If you're reading this, you probably want a cheap wireless keyboard, and hey, it's good for the price.

4 out of 5 eggs...

Pros: Keyboard is quiet when you type. It's one of the cheapest wireless combos around. Keyboard range is great. Mouse can turn off. Plug and Play is cool also.

Cons: The box says the receiver has to be 8" from any electronic devices, which is kinda hard when your monitor takes up most of your computer desk. The box also says the range is 8' *yeah right* The mouse only works for about 3 or 4 feet. It is loud when you click something. Also, the mouse is really sensitive right out of the box.

Other Thoughts: It's great for the price, but there are better products out there. I got it because it was cheap and I needed a wireless mouse/keyboard combo.

3 out of 5 eggseh

Pros: for a $xx keyboard it works well.

Cons: it is still a $xx keyboard.
..and it seems to go through batteries really quick.

Other Thoughts: I just went and bought a better quality one to repalce it anyways, the keys felt a littl strange to type on.
