1 out of 5 eggsUsed for 3 months, and its already showing problems

Pros: I like how the keyboard has a solid feel to it. Its fast responses and living up to the blue switch name.

Cons: After using this keyboard for about 3 months in, the "ESC" key is starting to show problems and it is really disturbing me. I can not even play properly because of how that just one key is making my life feel miserable.
The "ESC" key does not goes down with a click like normal blue switches do. I needs a lot of effort to push the key down, and it takes time to rise back up (normally it would just pop back up in an instant). Imagine how not uniform it is compared to the other keys when I am playing a game.
Unless this is the only keyboard that is showing me problems, I would not recommend this if it is already showing problems at such a fast period of time.

1 out of 5 eggsGood while it lasted

Pros: Worked good for the first couple months.

Cons: -First the usb to mini usb cable went bad after the first couple months. Had to replace the cable to make it work with usb.

-Couple months later that, one of the keys went bad. Verified with multiple keyboard testing software, cherry mx blue switch was bad.

Other Thoughts: I would look to a different company if your looking for a mechanical keyboard. Many companies have better customer service. Two separate things were wrong with this $90 keyboard. I wish Rosewill had better quality control.

I was thinking about getting the keyboard fixed but it would be to costly in time and money, I would rather buy another keyboard with a reputable manufacturer.

1 out of 5 eggsSticky Keys

Pros: Price at the time I got it (would've been $40 after rebate)

Cons: The keys get stuck sometimes. Very hard to type when your keyboard is constantly pressing spacebar.

5 out of 5 eggsBest Investment Ever

Pros: - Cherry MX Blues
- Price ($40 at the time)
- Decently solid construction

Cons: - Slightly creaks when twisting keyboard edges aka not a solid, stiff construction (cheaper plastics but not a big deal)

Other Thoughts: I love the cherry mx blue clicky sound and its great for typing. Some people thinks its too loud. Unbeatable price after rebate. I also own Ducky Shine 3 Cherry MX black at 3x the price.

5 out of 5 eggsOutstanding entry-level mechanical keyboard

Pros: This is my first mechanical keyboard. I've always thought about buying one, but goodness, they're so expensive! Over Black Friday, Newegg dropped the price of this keyboard to the lowest level I've seen for any mechanical keyboard, so I figured I had nothing to lose by trying it.

+The tactile feedback you receive from pressing each key is truly something that has to be experienced firsthand. I feel as though it's increased my typing speed.

+On conventional rubber dome keyboards, you have to press the key down all the way in order for it to work. With these mechanical switches, you only need to press keys down halfway. If you do a lot of typing, your fingers will thank you for not having to press as hard!

+The audible "click" of this keyboard's Cherry Blue mechanical switches isn't nearly as loud as I thought it would be. The clicking helps accuracy, just as the tactile feedback does, and it makes typing FUN!

+The white body looks sharp. Even the Rosewill logo in the upper-right corner is tastefully done. It's a good thing the white version went on sale - the black one must look incredibly drab by comparison.

+No silly extras like added USB ports to drive up the price. This is a typist's keyboard, plain and simple.

+You can repair this keyboard; it isn't just another piece of throwaway junk. The key caps, key switches, and cable are all replaceable.

Cons: -Learning to type without bottoming out the keys (pressing the keys down all the way) takes some getting used to.

-Typing on conventional rubber dome keyboards will feel mushy and generally unpleasant. As another reviewer stated, if you don't want your eyes to be opened, s

Other Thoughts: My only other experience with mechanical keyboards occurred roughly 3-4 years ago, when I briefly owned a keyboard with Cherry Brown mechanical switches. I like the Cherry Blues much better! You'll love their click.

Rosewill sourced this keyboard from the same OEM that manufactures the Filco Majestouch keyboards - so the feedback you read about those keyboards can be said to apply to this one.

I hesitated to buy this keyboard at its normal price because I wasn't sure if it was worth the investment. Trust me: it's worth it.

5 out of 5 eggsVery good keyboard

Pros: Feels solid. Good feeling on the blue switch.

Cons: Color is somewhat different than it shown in website. I though it will be more "silver" rather than pure white.

Other Thoughts: Feels absolutely different when typing on this keyboard. Still need time to adjust for example the key size is smaller than my ergonomic keyboard and sometimes type two neighbor keys at the same time... Overall I'm happy with this keyboard.

4 out of 5 eggsDecent keyboard

Pros: Quick registration fluid keystrokes, clean feel and sleek design.

Cons: loud. I understand that this keyboard is mechanical and that theyll naturally be more noise. but the clicking on this sounds like its coming from an old typewriter lol..

but i knew this coming in so its not too discouraging.

Other Thoughts: if only theyre was a way to muffle the loud clicking.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Keyboard

Pros: Great Feel
Solid Build

Cons: The only con that I feel some may not like is that it's noisier than most people are going to be used to, coming from cheap membrane keyboards.
No media keys (which I've personally never used)

Other Thoughts: If you do a lot of typing, or gaming, you're going to love this keyboard. The consistent feel and feedback make extended typing a pleasure.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Keyboard

Pros: Cherry MX Blue switches
No-nonsense 104 key layout; normal Enter and Backspace keys and two Windows keys
No extra gaming/media keys getting in the way
Compact size and good heft. Keyboard is stable and fits well on smaller desks.
driverless
n-key rollover

The MX Blue switches essentially emulate the venerable and much loved buckling spring switches that the IBM Model M used. They are ideal for touch typing, and for those who like the noise.

Cons: No extra gaming/media keys for those who want them
MX Blues are not the end-all, be-all switch
Cost: catch this one on sale (like I did)

The interchangeable PS2 or USB cable means that it can be accidentally detached from the keyboard.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat, simple keyboard with no frills

Pros: -Built like a tank
-Great contrasting look
-Cherry MX Blue switches
-Nice, high quality, removable cable
-PS2 option
-Fair price

Cons: -Could use media keys
-A little bit too basic

Other Thoughts: While this keyboard has excellent build quality and is sure to last me years to come, I feel like the exclusion of basic features like media keys and a windows lock could be a con to many, including myself. Overall, though, this is a very good keyboard with that classic MX Blue feel and nothing getting in the way of you and the keys. I would gladly buy from Rosewill again.
