1 out of 5 eggsWOw, this was a HORRIBLE decision

Pros: It's black.

Cons: Palm rest broken in the box, keyboard risers busted in the box, mouse glide pads improperly fixed, works up to 3 feet away with direct line of site.

Other Thoughts: I got this for a christmas present from my brother as I thought it was a great deal for my media computer (current keyboard is an old acer model with built in mouse, the mouse toggle is failing so I needed a replacement). Pretty sad when my cheap Trutech tv remote outperforms this keyboard for distance and line of site.

DON'T Waste your money on this. The shipping wasn't the problem with the broken parts, the thing was in pristine condition externally...they're breaking this stuff at the factory.

I'll be RMAing this asap.

1 out of 5 eggsHorrible

Pros: it looks nice... and the mouse works...

Cons: Hand rest broke as soon as i took it out of the box... leads for the battery are all the same direction except for on the charger so it is confusing when you are used to putting the negative side of the battery on the springs. Charger is confusing, The charge LED doesnt light up as bright as the other LED's on the unit, and there is no real indicator that the batteries are charged. Keyboard has a horrible range, If you are more than 5 feet from the receiver, forget it. The keyboard also inputs the wrong character quite a bit when typing. This is a pain when you are trying to log in.

Other Thoughts: I bought this as a temporary solution for my uncle, He has had an injury and he wanted his new PC to hook up to his HDTV and wanted to use it so he can lay in his bed and use his PC. There has been nothing but issues with this device since the purchase..

2 out of 5 eggsI did not use this Keyboard to write this review

Pros: The Mouse is nice and seems to work well... and it has a reletively fair range, for its use.

Cons: The batteries have absolutly no charge whatsoever on arrival, so you have to let them charge, and monitor them for a whole day, 2 at a time, and not use your computer until they all work unless you have another computer you can charge them on or go buy some AAA's. Luckily I have an old PC running Debian that has a USB mouse and keyboard that i could use to charge... the first set. the reason for charging only the first set is because the charger seemed to have had a loose connection after the first set completely charged. Then, to top it all off, any set of batteries I put into the keyboard dies almost instantly, or at least after the first few keystrokes. The palm rest is also garbage, every time i pick up my keyboard, the darn thing falls and it's not very comfortable either.

Other Thoughts: I did not write this review with th wireless Keyboaed.

3 out of 5 eggsGah mixed emotions.

Pros: Is all PS2 port. No need for USB which means I can use it at my work. No drivers are allowed here by the IT guys and I wanted something wireless.

Cons: The mouse didn't work. At all. In the tiniest bit.

The little feet on the keyboard broke off on my second day using it.

Other Thoughts: The keyboard is decent and has an ok range if the feet are up. It sure makes doing diagnostics on servers via KVM switch a cake walk. No more trapping my cords.

I was hoping for some thing of a higher quality... but this was the ONLY ps2 only option I could find.

2 out of 5 eggsNo Range

Pros: Light, decent layout depending on your size hands

Cons: 2 foot distance, if that, every key has it's own level of sensitivity to actually work. Mouse buttons are iffy at best

Other Thoughts: Asus P5E3 Delux, E6750, Team Xtreem 1333 2GB, Evercool Water cooling, 512 HIS Ice-Q PCI-E. OCd to 3.4ghz, ram at about 1500

4 out of 5 eggsGreat for the money

Pros: I got this mouse/ keyboard today and so far so good. This is the first time I've gone with wireless and I like it. The keyboard is light, yet sturdy like the mouse. It also came with six rechargable batteries. I plugged the reciever up to my computer, started it up and went from there. It has pretty good responce time when you within 5 feet or so, but when you go out to about 10 feet it gets kind of sluggish, but hey, 10 feet is pretty good and who is going to go out that far? I haven't tried gaming with it yet since I have it on my temporary computer until my mobo for the other returns. But I do have bf2 on it which shouldn't be too harsh on it. Has a battery charger inside the reciever so you can have charged batteries ready to go when 1 of the devises batteries die. Plus it use PS/2 ports so you don't wast your USB.

Cons: The battery guide in the battery compartments on the mouse and keyboard was confusing. First of all, the batteries are connected in pairs with thick plastic that you would think shouldn't be cut off. However the batterise are facing the same way and they need to go opposite ways in all the devices so you have to cut off the plastic. Second off all, the terminals inside the battery compartment mislead you into think the batteries should go the same way, they don't, follow the stupid little drawings inside.

Other Thoughts: This is a great product for the money for anyone who wants to get rid of a couple cords and doesn't want to spend a fortune yet still have a reliable mouse/ keyboard.
