Pros: I love the idea that I can type and browse without having to have the keyboard right in front of the computer. I can put it on my lap or even have it across the room.

Cons: so far, none

Other Thoughts: To answer the question about the red A -- that is notification that the caps lock key has been pressed. To remove it simply press the Caps Lock key again.

Pros: Not sure yet, on my way to help "computer challenged" user.

Cons: So far i have not been able after todays and over 15 attempts to get anyone at the company on the phone. so far even the popular-online-video-place reviews are low and no documentation by "search online" at all.

Other Thoughts: update what and how it works in 2 days

Pros: When you move the mouse it sometimes, but not always moves your cursor. The mouse is less than 12 inches from the receiver and it still never works.

Cons: I only have 1000 letters to say the things I don't like about this keyboard in this review so I just won't say anything more except I spent more money and bought another brand.

Pros: Looks Nice, Good Texture

Cons: Side keyboard buttons loose, volume knob doesn't always work. The biggest gripe is the mouse, the thumb buttons are reversed which is extremely difficult when you are flipping through documents frequently. I emailed GearHead for support and it took 3 days to get a response which is an automated response for the consumer to call in. So I called, and being this is my work computer I cannot be with out it. The guy said I had to send it in on my dime and would be with out a unit for 3 WEEKS! I even asked for a manager and this guy said "he's just going to tell you the same thing" then whats the point of having that manager working for you?? Most people will not wait this long for an inexpensive product and will just throw it in the trash. So now Gearhead just got your money. STAY AWAY.

Other Thoughts: Its amazing a company this big is not willing to help out the end users, us. People when you buy a product you are also buying the company and its support. How good can a product be if the company behind it is GARBAGE? So all of you people don't buy any products made by Gearhead if you buy any of Gearheads product and it works great, I hope it will last long and you get your money's worth. But if something goes bad with just toss it in the trash. DONT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY DONT SUPPORT THEIR PRODUCT.

Other Thoughts: so, bad egg for that... i'd love to have one of these, if it worked, and arrived unsmashed
...also, a gripe common to most newegg orders i've received, the item is thrown in a box, in the bottom and a few shreds of paper are thrown on top. Surely this is not considered proper.
...received RMA# rapidly... however, the original ups cost is out the window.. shame i have to bite it on one end, though NEWEGG is picking up the return cost, i still have to take it to ups.... fairly standard... makes 'free shipping' more appealing, though

I'm guessing they shipped it smashed, though why UPS would accept it, IDK... cya, at least repack it? anyways, so dissappointed... it was the last item on a very nice purchase streak... though I may still but my monitor here...
