Pros: Comfortable size. Quickly paired up to my Samsung Stratosphere running Gingerbread 2.3.6. Cool pullout stand for smart phone. Only takes a second to start working when turned on next to phone.

Cons: Several SHIFT+ keys do not work across all apps. The ESC key doesn't work at all in the ConnectBot SSH app. Sometimes you have to release and press the SHIFT key multiple times before it changes the case, or to enter special characters instead of numbers. The keyboard freezes the default Samsung keypad service, which you have to disable on my version of phone.

Other Thoughts: I really did give this keyboard a shot. And it will work in a pinch for sure.

It's nice to type lowercase letters. I'm able to do most things in the ConnectBot SSH app that I use to manage my servers. And I can also type messages in Squirrelmail from the web browser.

However, when going into the VIM editor over SSH, I can't use the ESC key to exit insert mode, and I can't use the colon (:) to issue a command in SSH. It translates to an uppercase A, instead of the colon. I have to use ALT+J to get the colon to work, and I have to press my finger to the screen to see the ESC button and get out of the editor.

I may keep this keyboard around as a backup. But I'm definitely continuing my search for a better bluetooth keyboard for my Droid device.

Pros: Well built, in my opinion... I find it to be a pretty sturdy unit. I'm able to type pretty well on it, but like another reviewer stated, the keys are smaller than on a full-sized keyboard: will likely lead to slower typing and more mistakes than you might be used to. I'm getting faster and more accurate all the time as I use the keyboard more.

I like that a stand for my phone is included. I've only used it a few times, but nice to have it when I need it.

I find that the keyboard connects very well to my iPhone and iPad. I can connect and disconnect multiple times a day w/out any problems or glitches. Very nice.

Cons: Awkward split in middle of keyboard. Have to look at keyboard sometimes (I'm a touch typist). Always have to look when typing "B" or the right shift key (which is too small and in a strange position).

Yet, still recommend this keyboard, again, all in all...

Pros: pairs up and works with my desktop PC

Cons: but I bought it to carry with my Android 4.0 smartphone. It pairs up, but no keystrokes make it into the phone. Maybe user error, but I have two other bluetooth keyboards that do pair with my phone. not this one.

Pros: Bought the thing because I was forced into an IPAD. This is a bluetooth keyboard, so it pairs with tablets, Apple stuff, and other computers. It uses two AAA cells to operate. It comes with a nice carrying case to keep it from getting all scuffed up. In all, it is a great little keyboard.

Cons: It is slightly undersized and the shift keys are reduced in size to fit, so typing at break neck speeds is a trick.

Other Thoughts: This is a sweet keyboard ... Just be mindful, it is different from a regular keyboard, so touch typing like it is a normal keyboard can cause some rather humorous results ... it does take a little effort to get used to.

Pros: Great idea: a folding keyboard for Android phones. Takes up very little room in your luggage, yet folds out to a full size keyboard.

Cons: Several of the numbers, a few letters (T, I, K, & R) don't work. By jiggling the keyboard, I was able to get SOME of the keys working, but then others stopped working. I think Caps Lock was also intermittent as I was unable to get lower case letters for a while (but enough jiggling and hitting the Caps Lock get it back).

Other Thoughts: It was difficult to pair with the device because some of the numbers don't work. When it eventually gave me a set of numbers that actually worked, it paired nicely. Then when I tried to type, I noticed some letters (like "I") just didn't work. Maybe I just got a bad unit.

Pros: Nice keyboard, good size, well packaged, includes a stand that stores in the keyboard and a nice case, locks open so it won't fold during use even if on an uneven surface, physical on/off switch so battery doesn't run down when not using.

Cons: Hard to find instructions for pairing with Android, can't store more than one pairing (so have to repair every time you switch what device you're using it with, not an issue if only using with one device), stand isn't sturdy enough for even a 7 inch tablet, not all special keys (home, menu) work in Android 2.*.

Other Thoughts: To pair with an android device, these are the steps: (I found them in a review on another retailer's website.)

In Android:
Turn on blue tooth.
Make Android device discoverable.
Scan for devices.

Keyboard:
Turn on the keyboard.
Push the "Pair" button with a pen (or toothpick, or whatever).

Android:
Select the keyboard.
It will ask for a 4 number password. Enter any 4 numbers.
Press OK

Keyboard:
Enter the same 4 number password you entered in Android.
Press Enter.

Pros: Small form factor, keyboard layout, lots of keystroke options.

Cons: NOT compatible with native gmail interface in Honeycomb 3.2+

i-pad-centric, like the rest of the world (*-sigh-*)

Other Thoughts: I bought this keyboard to help make email a little easier on my Xoom since I have large hands. I use the tablet a lot at trade shows, and its handy for storing and sharing catalog pages as well as keeping up with my clients.

The keyboard works well for many applications, such as documents in quick office, etc. However, using the gmail interface w/Android Honeycomb 3.2 is a disaster. Whenever the shift key is pressed, the keyboard goes into a crazy mode and none of the keys do what they are supposed to do. I assumed that this was a radio interference issue but unfortunately this behavior is consistent across all scenarios.

It's too bad, there is not much of an alternative out there currently as Honeycomb 3.0 + is still in the early phases of uniform accessory compatibility. Lack of android gmail support is a deal-killer for me. I assume it would be for most folks since email is a mission-critical component of tablet use for business.

Pros: Small form factor (which is why you'd buy it), Easy to setup, comparable tactical feel to that of a laptop keyboard and not one of those rubberized keyboards. Nice little lock to help keep the keyboard open in an instance you would need it.

Cons: Takes a little time to get use to the slightly off-set keyboard layout which is expected due to the design/size of the unit. I didn't deduct an egg because I knew and accepted this upon purchase.

Other Thoughts: I purchased this to use with a Xoom and it has done very well. I don't need the iPhone shelf/drawer thing and that part seems a bit flimsy. Bluetooth connection is always solid but will go to sleep on you and you'll find yourself power cycling the unit to reconnect it.

Pros: Compact, has all the main keys including number keys with shifted characters (~!@#...), and arrow keys. Locks into open (or closed) position, so you can still use it in your lap without a flat surface. Leather case is cheap but acceptable. Reminds me of my old Blackberry holster, but has a snap instead of a magnetic closure. Lightweight. Good price for what you're getting.

Cons: Manual button to turn it on / off. Construction is fairly good, but there's a noticeable bulging gap when closed - doesn't completely meet the other edge down the long side. Four little rubber feet that extend out of the case on the outside, so are still out when closed - likely to be sheered off at some point through wear.

Other Thoughts: Best lightweight small keyboard for people who travel with a tablet instead of a laptop and occasionally need a keyboard.
