I haven't had any problems since I purchased it. Overall, the highlights of this keyboard are: Built-in touch pad Waterproof (washed it 3x) Antimicrobial Types well, quiet Multimedia keys I contacted the manufacturer of the keyboards to check out the scope of the warranty. Basically, the manufacturer will replace and ship for free any of their products if there is water or other forms of damage even past the 2 year warranty period (minus dropping). Cons: This fairly expensive keyboard has the look and feel of a $20 keyboard. The mouse touch pad is tiny. About 1/4 the size of my HP notebook touch pad. 2" x 1.5".
