Spreadsheets. Budget summaries. Accounting roll-ups. When it comes to company financials, they wait for no one - even when you're on the road. With the V7 USB Numeric Keypad, you can conveniently run the financial data anywhere without having to 'hunt-and-peck' on your laptop computer keyboard. The V7 Numeric Keypad is elegantly shaped and accentuates a soft touch with tactile feedback for comfortable data input. It has extra functionality with a backspace key and "00" for improved productivity. The Plug-and-Play design means you do not need to download any drives to install this USB numeric keypad. Whenever you travel, now you can fly through the numbers without a second thought.
Works as advertised
Pros: Works just as specified. No muss, no fuss.
Cons: None. Just works. No farting around.

Good so far
Pros: The layout includes a 00 button rather than a 000 button like most of these seem to have which fits my personal preference. Hitting Numlock doesn't disable the whole keypad as you might assume with a <$10 item and all of the middle 6-key alternatives (Home, PGUP/PGDOWN, Insert, End, Delete) seem to work fine while numlock is off. Also has a backspace key which I guess is standard for these things. The key caps themselves are closer to laptop-style chicklet keys than the older raised keys you see on most keyboards priced under ~$30 and they depress easily. The cable (just over 50 cm) you don't really see in the picture wraps around a groove in the outside of the body and plugs back into a dummy USB port for storage.
Cons: The dummy port is a little recessed into the side so you definitely have to pull the cable tightly around the groove to store it and it can feel a little stiff getting in and out. To save space the complete layout may be slightly different than what you're used to if you've been using a full keyboard's keypad already.
Other Thoughts: Hopefully this is the longest review anyone has ever read or written for a USB keypad.
