5 out of 5 eggsI was stunned by great tech support

Pros: Very Large Keys, Color easy to see.

Cons: None really

Other Thoughts: Most Impressive. The first keyboard I ordered for a new build would not allow the computer to boot. So I had to pay to ship it back a week later to Newegg (grumble).

The new keyboard arrived and worked fine for a few days and the user reported today that the keyboard was producing numbers or symbols instead of the letters he was pushing on the keyboard.

I phoned the number in the listing and got a receptionist that sounded like my aunt and she passed me on to tech support and he could have been my uncle...americans and he was interested in my problem. WOW. write that down america a company here in the states that is interested in your business after the sale!

3 out of 5 eggsOkay if needed, but...

Pros: This is a low vision keyboard with the largest keys of all that I have seen. It lacks a number keypad. But who cares because it has really large keys which the main reason to buy it.

Cons: Key click feel is bad. None-existent. Key click is very important for physical feedback that tells you that you really pressed the key enough to get it to do the job. Sometimes I have to hit the key twice. Buy it if you need really big keys. But beware that the key action feel is non-existent. IOW, you have to hit the keys harder than necessary to be sure that you get it to work. I have two other low vision keyboards and they are all that way. I'm hoping to buy one that has nice key click action like my old Keytronic and Microsoft normal vision keyboards from 20yrs ago. So I'll keep searching.

Other Thoughts: I'll probably keep this keyboard for when my vision gets worse. Unless I find something better, with better key click action. This is an expensive keyboard given the poor key click action.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat For Disabilities

Pros: Bought This for client that has MS. Makes it a lot easier for him to hit the keys. Great Concept.

Cons: Wish it had the numbers keypad built in as well.
