2 out of 5 eggsGood Plank..... for a year

Pros: Nice board. Responsive, macro capability.

Cons: Software is a bloated joke. 18-key roll-over is laughable. You cannot use keys on the bottom and top alphabet row simultaneously.

Other Thoughts: I bought this on sale. I expected a bit more.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat for your money

Pros: Very decent price for what you're getting. Great gaming keyboard, keys are very responsive and it never lags.

Cons: None whatsoever. Just wish keys were illuminated with a huge price jump. Still a great keyboard!

4 out of 5 eggsgood

Pros: software does a lot, keys are comfortable, good enough build for the price

Cons: no lights, I need lights., thought this was lit. I'll get a keyboard light till my lit one arrives, long key throw, key decals seem thin, but I can swap keys if a problem

Other Thoughts: Worth it. I average 1 year per keyboard, fine. Haven't had it long enough for 5 stars , historically this brand is solid for me.

2 out of 5 eggsNot What I Was Expecting

Pros: It works

Cons: Skiller Keyboard Review
I have given this 2 stars because of the cosmetics. Within seconds of removing the keyboard from the box I was disappointed. The decals for the keys (the letters/numbers/etc) look as if they were put on by a child. I remember back to the days I made model cars and the ships of Star Trek. I had to first soak my decal in warm water to loosen it from its paper, and also dab some water on my ship to ensure an easy slid. The transparent edges would sometimes wrinkle and if you did not hurry they would dry and it would look cruddy. Some of these key decals look like that. One example that stands out the most is the number 9 on the number keypad; I took a close up photo. The second issue with cosmetics is there is a white film all over the black of the keyboard. Of course I have wiped some of it off, but in some areas it just comes right back. I am going to try and use some soft cleaning agents to see if I can remove it forever.
I was also disappointed with some of the custom options. No ALL keys can be programed and some of the native keys are just unneeded. I can make due, but I was hoping based on the manufactures description that ALL could be programed.
The feel is toyish, it is responsive but I have used other mechanical keyboards (I am an IT Tech-but not a rich one) and one of my business customers bought one and spent some good money and the feel of that is rich and tight. This keyboard feels cheap and toyish. Of course since I dropped the money for it I will use it because it is better than the big box junk keyboards, I hate those. One day I will buy a good mechanical keyboard but this keyboard is just not it and if I had it to do over knowing what I now know I would not have bought it, I would have saved my money and waited.
I am really disappointed about the cosmetic issues, but returning anything to Newegg is out of the question, return shipping will kill the benefit of a return. This is not what I was hoping or looking for

5 out of 5 eggsSolid

Pros: Extras are great, keys are solid & responsive( I can pound the keys & they take it like a champ)

Cons: I wish I knew rosewill absorbed sharkoon they sell the same thing for less $

Other Thoughts: Rosewill sells the same keyboard with some esthetic changes but at a lower price

5 out of 5 eggsVery satisfied

Pros: Great deal for what you receive. Keyboard is sleek and very comfy to use. Stable.

Cons: The power binding is not configurable. Either that or I'm just completely ignorant.

Other Thoughts: Overall very happy with what i received.

2 out of 5 eggsReally mediocre

Pros: I used this keyboard for a while and it served me well.
It comes with some handy tools and the rubberized keys are a nice touch.

Cons: This keyboard is REALLY LOUD. In fact, I don't even need to push down on the keys to really make a loud noise.

Another thing is that the LEDs are extremely bright and, quite frankly, annoying.

The hotkey mapping software that comes with the keyboard is slow and buggy at best.

Other Thoughts: I would not reccomend anyone to get this keyboard, sadly.

2 out of 5 eggsLargely Disappointed

Pros: Macro software is relatively straight forward with lots of options, though I could get similar programs free online. Lots of multimedia keys. Cheap

Cons: Multimedia keys cannot be disabled or changed, including power and standby buttons. Has a very 'cheap' feel to it. The key presses are really loud and some of the larger keys rattle. The USB cord is already being pulled out of my keyboard less than 3 months into use. The gaming keys are already fading. Just overall disappointing.

1 out of 5 eggsAwful

Pros: Cheap

Cons: When I plug this keyboard in, the LED's freak out, and it makes my cursor start to flash. Then the entire machine slows down to a crawl, and I am using high end hardware. Plus, the bezel just popped off the keyboard.

3 out of 5 eggsgreat little keyboard

Pros: has programmable keys
little logo that lights up
rubber w,a,s,d. up/down/left/right arrow keys that you can change out
has key remover tool to make it easy to pull keys out
spill proof
has shortcut keys for various tasks

Cons: no mechanical switches
keys do not light up
palm rest is a fingerprint magnet

Other Thoughts: this keyboard isn't really a gaming keyboard, it's more of an "advanced" keyboard with shortcut keys and rubber grips to find the keys easier. I paid $18 for mine with shipping but I'm satisfied.
It seems as though Rosewill bought out Sharkoon as Rosewill's RK-8100 model is the exact same as Sharkoon's
