1 out of 5 eggsNot so great

Pros: It's a keyboard. That's neat. Backlit keys are cool.

Cons: No feedback on number pad out the gate. (worked, but felt like a stuck key.. that 1 extra second of doubt while entering IPs is killer) I have an old Saitek that I love, but it was getting long in the tooth, so I opted for a new keyboard. Currently, this keyboard is something for my 9month old to smash instead my saitek, which he could smash my career into dust with. I wouldn't recommend it. Poor quality control, overall poor quality. I normally go with Logitech, as they seem incapable of producing bad products. I took a chance on this unit, and at the price point, it wasn't a bad investment to get my infant started on the computer engineer track.

Other Thoughts: Can't say i was surprised due to the price, but i still expect function, regardless of cost. I returned a case because the expansion slots weren't threaded. WEREN'T THREADED. That's a matter of principle. This guy.. eh. it glows, my son likes it. That's about it. Plug it into a usb charger and let your children mash it. Priceless.

4 out of 5 eggsgood keyboard

Pros: The back lighting on the keys works great. The brightness is adjustable and the color selectable. The keyboard has lived though some minor spills. The keys feel great with nice springs and positive action.

Cons: The shifted characters are at the bottom right of the key tops, not the top so the shift to get one is easily confused. Hopefully they will put them high in future versions. This is the only reason it did not get 5 stars.

Other Thoughts: I have had this for 9 months. The next keyboard I buy will be another one of these.

5 out of 5 eggs***Very Good Reasonable KB***

Pros: Robust and Sturdy
Easy Settings
Easy on the Eyes
Easy Cleaning using typical lint removal (small kb brush between keys)
Price

Cons: After much use the lettering tends to crumble off. Especially gaming keys (W,S,A,D)

Other Thoughts: In my case the D key. The keys are basically clear with black paint or plasctic covering to represent each letter, number etc. This D had a slight imperfection (the center was chipped out of box) and it didn't take long to rub the D til it was unrecognizable.
The good news is calling their toll free support number (866-468-1198) immediate response (like the second ring) stated my issue and bingo the support tech asked if this was the only key I needed and asked 'do you game?' said yes and he saidm okay I'll include the W,S,A,D and Q & E no questions asked and no charge. Now you can't beat that I don't care who ya are.
Even the more recognizable kb companies don't offer replacement keys and one starts with a capital L.

3 out of 5 eggsSome Nice Features, but Not Quite Right

Pros: This keyboard is big, which is what I was what I wanted. The letters are big, and they are very visible. There is also a nice knob that allows you to adjust the level of illumination.

Cons: However, the buttons are much too big. The size of the buttons make normal typing very, very difficult. Moreover, I have used other illuminated keyboards (i.e. the Logitech K470), and they look better and not as cheap.

Other Thoughts: Look for a better illuminated keyboard.

5 out of 5 eggsNice

Pros: Very large letters, Several colors

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: Bought for my mother that needed a lighted keyboard with big letters and this one fit the bill really well. 6months later and it's still working fine.

2 out of 5 eggsMeh

Pros: Nice Lighting between 5 colors and brightness adjustment.

Cons: Keys Stick & feel very different from what I'm used to typing on.

Other Thoughts: First day and the enter keys stick. Not very good for a brand new keyboard. Looks like I get to return it.

3 out of 5 eggsIt's okay and a tad sensitive.

Pros: Five colour, dimmable, dedicated calculator key, media keys. Shallow stroke (1/8" depth).

Cons: Shallow stroke (1/8"), keys are for fast typists and not heavy handed typists. Wrist rest is too short (depth wise) and it is more like a palm rest for tiny hands than a wrist rest for adults.

Other Thoughts: Even with the cross hatch pattern on the rest, I found my palms slipping off if I rested them on the rest. The colours only hold true at full power. Cyan and Yellow both look green at low levels. Red looks brown, and blue and purple only show up in low lighting. At max level, the colours look great.

Though I do love the BIG lettering, some of the keys are smaller than standard. The F1-F12 keys are 3/4 height and with their proximity to the media keys, I found myself accidentally pressing the media keys instead of the F keys. But at least the media keys have a rubberized coating so if I felt something rubber, I know my hands are too far up.

Someone mentioned the back light on the media keys do not show up unless you look down on them instead of an angle. That is not the case. They look fine especially when back lit. Some keys do not work depending on your default browser (Chrome -64b), the mail, and home key brings up your browser. Favorites does nothing.

There is a key to auto load WMP, but media controls like Play will not play from the keyboard unless you manually press play using the mouse first. When viewed from an extreme low angle some tops of the numbers look truncated. Meaning the roundness of the tops of some keys like the, 2, 3, 8, 9, and 0 seem flattened instead of rounded, but that is only because we are seeing the bottom lip of the key through the large lettering.

Bottom line, at full brightness the keys look great, but at half power or lower, the colour changes. Shallow keystroke only good for fast typist. Silent membrane keys (no clicky sound). Even typing this review since I got the keyboard this morning I notice the space bar finish is wearing down from its native matte coating to something a bit shinier.

First thing I did when I confirmed all they keys worked was to apply transparent protection key stickers on the keys. Hopefully this will provide some sort of protection over time so the keys don't wear off in the weeks to follow.

5 out of 5 eggsThis keyboard is a homerun!

Pros: For those of us who struggle with poor vision this keyboard is a Godsend. Huge backlit keys with a soft feel, 5 different colors to choose from and a dial to control the brightness of the leds and it has the big backspace key for those of us prone to mistype the occasional letter. I love it!

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Rick

5 out of 5 eggsBig Lighted Characters

Pros: big lighted characters, color options for the light

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: the big lighted characters are great for those with strained eyes after a log day of work, and those (as me) that only knows to type looking the keyboard characters
