3 out of 5 eggsCute

Pros: compact, rechargeable, backlit, well constructed, plug-n-play, keyboard, and mouse

Cons: compact. touchpad takes getting used too.

Other Thoughts: I use this as an HTPC controller and it serves its purpose fine. Touchpad takes some time to get used to as in the fact that the most miniscule of movements on the pad may transfer into about a foot and a half screen distance that the pointer moves.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat little keyboard

Pros: Great little keyboard, pretty comfortable to type on. the backlight is nice. decent reception in my living room and dining room. built in laser pointer is great for conferences in my living room, and entertaining cats.

Cons: sometimes getting it to wake out of standby is a pain, I just turn it off and on again, rather than punch keys until it decides to wake up.

Other Thoughts: I cant make any statements about battery life, I charge mine about once a week though. I wish that I had realized there was a bluetooth model before I bought this one.

3 out of 5 eggsManageable.

Pros: - Convenient
- Long battery life, quick charge
- Back-lit keys
- Able to configure to hold it like a remote
- Fairly compact

Cons: - The device needs a clear view of the receiver for it to work
- Hard to hold the keyboard naturally because of the trackpad position, but manageable
- If you lose connection while typing, it will literally spam. i.e. "spammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm" or "spm"
- You have to be conscious of the connection whist typing
- Can't change trackpad settings. It accelerates, but manageable.
- The keys are in a grid, which is unnatural for a keyboard, hard to type without looking

Other Thoughts: A lot of annoying cons, but you will get used to it after a few weeks. Not a bad product.

3 out of 5 eggsWorks w/ Some Limitations

Pros: It works within an OS. All keys and mouse functions work. Good if you don't touch the BIOS or game. See below.

Cons: Doesn't work outside of an OS, such as in BIOS settings. Also, the real kicker is key presses cut out after about 30 seconds of pressing. Meaning when I'm running through Dustbowl as Scout in TF2 and I'm getting close to the point, I suddenly stop running, just long enough for that sniper hiding to "paint one right between my eyes." Do not game with this unless you enjoy that happening to you for some weird reason.

Other Thoughts: My motherboard thankfully had a single PS/2 port, so I was able to plug my keyboard into that and use this for my mouse. Works for me.

2 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Small, compact. Easy to use ..... kind of.

Cons: Too small for my needs.

Other Thoughts: I guess I was expecting something a bit larger. I was getting this for my new HTC and wanted something a bit smaller than a standard key board but larger than my cell phone. This is way smaller than my key board and not much larger than my cell phone.

Since the track pad is on the right, my thumb has to reach across the pad to the key board which makes it difficult to type even using just thumbs.

I suspect it will be quite a good device for someone looking for a very small key board but this will not fill my needs.

Very cool laser pointer to play with the cats. I will miss that.

4 out of 5 eggsI like it

Pros: Keys light up automatically when you need them to. The laser entertains my dog. I haven't had any of the problems some people have reported. Perfect size. Mouse pad works great. It is pretty much everything I needed it to be for my usage.

Cons: Range. Albeit I am getting 11 feet, I need 13 from to go from the sweet spot on my couch to my HTPC. I just get my lazy b*** up and scoot down the sofa a bit and stretch my arm out.

Other Thoughts: I use XBMC and it works all the features well once I figured out what controlled what as far as shortcut keys. Although the range was a slight disappointment, I'm overall happy with my purchase.

2 out of 5 eggsFragile and awkward

Pros: Really impressive range. Does not need direct line of sight. Long battery life. I like the light-up keypad.

Cons: The 'on-off' switch broke off so I have to use the point of a pocket knife and a lot of light to reset the keyboard. It often gets confused and the mouse jumps all over the screen, the only way to fix it is to turn it off and on again, which was quick and easy until the switch broke off. The switch was attached by a piece of plastic hardly thicker than a sheet of paper, so it is no surprise that it broke. It is really difficult to use the 'shift' key, say to write a password when logging onto netflix or something.

Other Thoughts: Not worth $60, maybe $30.

2 out of 5 eggsNice, when it works

Pros: Nice form factor, the laser is a nice touch, full keyboard

Cons: Laggy touchpad, has trouble syncing a LOT, battery life is awful. I basically have to charge it overnight, then shut it off each time I use it, and hope it resyncs. SO a typical situation is turn it on, sync up, use it to load a movie/etc, turn it off so it doesn't die, repeat cycle.

Other Thoughts: Would be better with a larger/better battery, and a wall charger as you don't need any drivers for it so a computer connection is a slow charge and pointless.
