1 out of 5 eggsGARBAGE

Pros: Tiny and Beautiful! feels good in your hands

Cons: Track Pad does not work well at even 2 feet.... Certainly not from across the room.

Other Thoughts: I WISH this keyboard worked like it should... it would be PERFECT, but the mousepad does not work well from any distance at all

5 out of 5 eggsSweet little keyboard...

Pros: A nice solid feel, backlite keys can be toggled on/off, works well with my SmartTV as well as my PCs Bluetooth, quick battery charge, case holds BT dongle for PCs without BT, priced right and the laser pointer is just a bonus.

Cons: None that I can see at this time.

2 out of 5 eggsNo range and have to constantly reconnect

Pros: compact design

Cons: Trying to use it 8 feet away is a lost cause with signal cutting in and out. I also have to re-pair the keyboard to my HTPC almost every time I bring my HTPC out of sleep or turn it on.

Other Thoughts: Great idea - cheap execution.

2 out of 5 eggsVisiontek candy board

Pros: I didn't have much expectations so to me it worked fine

Cons: Build in rechargeable battery. Got to be charged from USB while computer is on. So you end up plugging it in for charge and getting up to grab it every time you need to do something. I used it for TV so it wasn't that bad while it lasted ... As soon as the month of return policy expired the thing went bad. I don't know if it's just my luck or what but be aware before buying this product.

1 out of 5 eggsNot worth it for HTPC

Pros: with Win7 the default driver had this working.. but that's it... only worth 1 egg

Cons: only has a 5-7ft range, had a separate IOGear BT Dongle and paired it to that and the results were the same... so the issue/limitation is with the KB itself... not the dongle..

not the 30ft range you would expect with all other BT devices.

Other Thoughts: Get yourself the RF verison. although it has a line of sight issue, it will work to 30ft as long as the dongle and KB are within sight of each other.

2 out of 5 eggsNot for HTPC

Pros: Small size, good battery life, included mouse pad.

Cons: Horrible range. Step 2 foot away from computer, and the thing starts to lose connection. By 4 feet there is no connection at all.

Other Thoughts: I guess as an iPad or tablet keyboard it might work, but for an HTPC get the RF version at 30 more dollars, and avoid the fustration, or better yet get an MCE remote which what I ended up doing :-)

1 out of 5 eggsSucks!

Pros: Nice design, very cool device. Small size, a little larger than a keyboard on a smart phone.

Cons: Range is nonexistent, works 10% of the time.

Other Thoughts: I bought this for my home theater pc thinking I had bluetooth with my old ps3. That would work perfectly then. Wrong! Right off the bat this thing won't connect, wait five minutes, come back to it later, still nothing. I put it right up to the adapter and nothing. Then out of nowhere it works when I'm 2 1/2 ft away, perfect! I sit down on the couch, nothing again. It's been a week of this. I want to throw it against the wall. I'm either going to buy a new usb adapter to see if that'll do it or return it and just get the RF version.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks well with my Android 2.3 device

Pros: Works well with my Android 2.3 device. Touch pad navigation actually works in most (not all) app screens. Good examples are navigating lists and selecting hard to touch things in the web browser. Of course "Swype" keyboard is available on newer Android releases but for long text entry a physical keyboard is great. Works well in an IRC app and entering text that looks more like programming than conversation.

Cons: Didn't work for me on Android 2.1 HTC Hero. The connection app that came with it tried register somewhere on the web but never succeeded. I put in a support request at VisionTek and never got a response then it was too late to return. I'm glad I didn't return it though because it works great on new phone.

Other Thoughts: Realize this keyboard is not designed exactly for Android and you can forgive it doesn't automatically support a seamless experience. For example, I can't seem to type some Android keys using the keyboard. Maybe there is a way to map keys using an application but I haven't looked into that.

3 out of 5 eggsWorks

Pros: nice size and includes touchpad, excellent for what i need

Cons: interference, lots of it, supplied dongle is horrible, used another one and got rid of the interference

Other Thoughts: just purchase another dongle while your at it, save the trouble, other than that excellent!
