Pros: This is the first 24" monitor I have owned. Previous setup was 2 x 19" dell ultrasharp monitors from about 4 years ago. This monitor was an amazing upgrade!!! Blacks are much darker, and colors truly pop on the screen.
Samsung has never let me down with TV's, washer, dryer, and refrigerator; this monitor is yet another win for Samsung in my book.

Pros: Design, resolution, size and I like Samsung products. I have not seen any ghosting nor backlight bleeding. No dead pixels.
Cons: The neck of the stand was factory inserted! I have this monitor mounted to my Atdec Spacedec double vertical stand. thankfully I own the 2333HD and kept the factory stand, had to look at the neck part to see how it locked into the monitor so I would not damage the plastic housing trying to remove it from the monitor. One of the top locking tabs broke upon removal of the neck peice. Factory stands are junk.
Other Thoughts: This is my first day of using the monitor, I will try to remember to post an update in 6-12 months. This replaces my 2 year old Samsung 206BW, wanted bigger resolution and screen size. This is my 4th LCD, 3 of them are Samsung and the other a Hanns-G (17" 1440x900 for LAN Partys on a Neo-Flex stand). I have NO dead pixels on any of them, thankfully. The blue light at the bottom is not set very brightly and is only a power light, the 2333HD is the same style monitor and the blue light is adjustable on brightness, but on the 2433BW it is not. This monitor looks wonderful on my Atdec stand, 2333HD on top and this 2433BW on the bottom. I am in front of my PC way to much so I wanted to watch 1080 Hi-Def TV while gaming!
