Cons: - The DisplayPort cable that ships with it is only about 4 feet long; I had to go buy a longer one
- The wall mount is poorly designed, so if you plan on mounting this on a wall, prepare to have some fun

Other Thoughts: The wall mount attaches to the monitor first, so you must then hold the whole monitor up to the wall and have a second (or third) person use an L-shaped screwdriver to attach it to the wall. It is very awkward and poorly thought out. A better system would have been to have the mount attach to the wall first, then have the monitor slide into the mount.

Pros: It is nice picture like any monitor from samsung.

Cons: It is heavy.

Pros: The 32" WQHD resolution combination is an excellent choice for a desktop monitor. Plenty of desktop space for multi-tasking. The display is bright and vivid. The stand is sturdy and attractive.

Cons: The USB hub has not worked reliably. It is not clear whether this is a power issue or a failure of the USB 3 hub itself, but often it fails to be even recognized when plugged into the system.

Pros: BIG BIG BIG. Maybe a little too big for my needs but with the scaling issues with 4k, and the fact that large 4ks are way out of my price range, this is all I need. I have been amazed coming from a 27" Samsung 1080p to this beauty. Even at this size and resolution I still had to scale windows up to 120% to make text easier on the eyes. Games look fantastic. Coupled with a GTX 980, I am finally playing more modern games and it is amazing. Its hard to tell from the pictures but the vertical adjustment on this this is awesome, it basically goes all the way down to the base, which was one of my concerns. This thing come with every type of monitor cable you will ever need, basically. HDMI, DVI, DP, all come included, maybe thats the norm, I dunno. I bought my 27" refurbished from Newegg.

Cons: I must have an early model because I had some really annoying flickering which is a known problem. Google it. So I RMA'd my original and the second one has the same issue. Samsung's regular consumer customer support couldn't help because this is a business class monitor. I never followed up, my fault, and no I can not seem to get samsung's support to even work. I have been able to mitigate the flickering somewhat by leaving the timing setting to normal. Trying to increase the refresh from within the monitor only makes the situation worse. I also did have to turn the brightness way down to make it more comfortable. I was already familiar with the OSD and setting selections so I can't really comment on its ease of use or make a comparison.

Other Thoughts: Again, hopefully the flickering issue has been fixed. I bought it very early which was a mistake, paid a lot more than what it is going for right now even though I got it on a sale. I might have a local shop look at it at some point.

I remember reading some complaints about the stand either here or elsewhere, and I simply don't get it. It is solid and stable, just how I expect a stand to be. I primarily game and it is seems to be just fine for my needs. I have no need for color accuracy and in fact have issues with color blindness at times so I don't really get to comment on that front, which I know is big deal for some folks.

Pros: I sit close to the monitor and my eyes do not get tired. The picture is stable and even across the screen. Colors are very natural. The screen is big enough to use it instead of TV set.

Cons: It is pretty heavy. It does not bother me much but still...

Other Thoughts: I would recommend it as a reliable high quality monitor.

Pros: Samsung, 32", sharp as a tack, fast, adjustment controls, a lot of input options.

Cons: Bezel size, USB ads to cost and not needed for me.

Other Thoughts: It worked great for Windows 7 and then again on 10. Makes SD content look very SD. I love it after 1 month of use. I paid less than 5 bills.

Pros: - Matte screen, huge plus in my book.
- Crisp
- Monitor has a LOT of tweaking options
- 3.5mm speaker/headphone out connector on the back will play the audio signal from HDMI connector
- Mine had zero dead/stuck/bright pixels
- Nice pixel size, standard windows text is easily readable at native resolution without having to resort to DPI scaling tricks, unlike 4K displays

- Has the ability to do picture-in-picture, or even show two separate inputs side-by-side at the same time at 1280x1440 resolution each
- 2 of the Built-in USB3 can be configured for 'super charging', increasing the power provided to charge cellphones/tablets faster. (device can't talk to the PC in that mode)
- Nice color representation
- Came pre-assembled with stand in the box, rotated to portrait mode.
- Not noticing any backlight bleeding
- No weird high-pitched noises or anything when using very low or high brightness/contrast settings, unlike some cheaper monitors I've used in the past
- physical buttons, easy to navigate OSD

Cons: - Out of the box the whites were eyeball-melting bright, it took quite a bit of tweaking settings to get everything to look just right without causing eyestrain. Of course that's a one-time chore, looks great afterwards.

- Price - More expensive than some of the 4K monitors at the same size, although I preferred the 2K resolution myself.

Other Thoughts: There are some useful programs on the CD: one driver which will autodetect screen rotation (landscape - portrait) and rotate the image in windows accordingly. Also a tool called 'easy setting box' that lives in the windows system tray and allows you to subdivide your screen into multiple configurable zones -- windows can then be dragged and auto-snapped to these zones, so you can easily have between 1 and 6 programs stack in user configurable layouts

2560x1440 works at 60Hz over standard HDMI or DVI cables -- the higher-res 4K monitors require either displayport, or will run @ 30Hz instead of 60Hz over DVI/HDMI

Screen has three different speed settings, allowing the user to either emphasize accurate color representation or speed up drawing speed to make gaming more fluid. Even at the 'slow' speed setting I'm not seeing any issues with blurring or tearing, (Supposedly at the fastest speeds you may notice some color banding)

Pros: Just received this monitor a few days ago and the initial impressions are good. Arrived shipped in good condition in it's original (mostly styrofoam) packaging with no outer packaging. Setup was painless with the included display port cable connecting to an nVidia GTX670. Started up right into 2560x1440 on my Win7 x64 Pro OS. No dead pixels (so far). Good black level. No light bleed in the edges or corners. Solid color Red/Green/Blue all look good, no color variations. No problems with flashing in any of the games I tried so far (none of the ones that were reported to have problems however). Connected to a swing arm VESA 100x100 mount with no problems. I was worried that the swivel/rotation of the head might be interfered by the back cover but it was no problem and the cover gives it a cleaner look from the back. USB 3 hub connected and was recognized but see some caveats below. So far just what I was looking for.

Cons: Only one knock on the monitor. It seems that the super charging ports can't/don't connect to the USB 3 when configured for super charging. I'll have to play around with it some more to see how it works in other configurations but ports 1 & 2 don't connect to the USB 3 in the configuration I have set for super charging. Ports 3 and 4 do connect so I'm not sure if that's a feature or what or if it's configurable. Minus one star if for no other reason than that the USB 3 setup is confusing.

Other Thoughts: I was hoping that the increased screen size would compensate for the higher resolution shrinking the text but my poor old eyes had difficulty with the default small size text. Moving to Medium helps in places where it's properly programmed for but some applications don't handle it properly resulting in cropped lines etc. Not a problem with the monitor as with the implementation of the various text sizes.

Pros: It has the same dots per inch as the Samsung S24C750 which we have and love. This lets you put this one next to the 24" and stretch the windows across and they are the same height. In portrait mode it feels like you can work as if you had 3 monitors (3 web pages vertical). I would rather have 1 of these than 2 24" 1920x1080. has hdmi and display port and I have used both on 2 different computers. Display port is in the specs not in the short description. Check you video card, if it is very old it might not support 2560x1440, on one computer the hdmi on the video card did not support it, but the display port did (a cable with hdmi on one end and display port (display port plugged into video card) on the other did not work, it had to be display port on both ends). On another computer the hdmi did work.
