5 out of 5 eggsVery Nice!

Pros: Very good color and contrast! Very slim and looks cool. Has a nice auto brightening feature where it measures the amount of light in the room and adjusts the brightness accordingly to ease the strain on your eyes.

Cons: The touch buttons in the front are a bit of a hassle (I switch between inputs often through out the day), but no reason not to buy it.

Other Thoughts: Everyone will envy you get this....

4 out of 5 eggsLG W2286L

Pros: Super slim,LED, Looks awesome!

Cons: Some backlight bleed. Still blows away any other monitor I have ever worked with.

Other Thoughts: Stand could be a little better. A bit pricey.

4 out of 5 eggsGood monitor

Pros: Very thin. Tons of inputs. Looks really nice. Does not get warm at all. Color reproduction and contrast are ok to good. Viewing angles are decent.

Cons: They dynamic contrast is not as good as I thought it would be. Blacks still look grey sometimes. Although it is LED backlit, there is still some minimal-moderate backlight bleed. This is the main reason for the 4 eggs. I hate backlight bleed.

Other Thoughts: This monitor is worth the cash. I thought it would be a bit better, but it is still a solid monitor. I guess if you want a better monitor you probably have to look for a IPS panel and not this cheap TN stuff.

Cons: flimsy stand

Other Thoughts: I'm blown away by how gorgeous this monitor is. I will never buy a fluorescent backlight display ever again!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat for those with limited desk space.

Pros: Great Color. Anti Glare. Self Adjustding Brightness. Plenty of Inputs.

Cons: No Height Adjustment. Stand is a little loose but no problems yet!

Other Thoughts: If you have a small work space and need the screen real estate this is the monitor for you. If you still have a CRT and are looking for an excuse to ditch it here is the perfect reason.

2 out of 5 eggsThe cake is a lie.

Pros: Contrast ratio is nice, stand is better than my last LG.
vibrant colors.

Cons: On the native resolution it squishes game models, as if the aspect ratio is on a completely different setting.
I did not buy a 22" to view at lesser resolutions, this is a huge disappointment as a gamer.

LG live chat gave me the whole "It is functioning properly" spiel, When obviously it isn't using aspect ratio properly.

Other Thoughts: Games viewed on: multiple Valve source games, Fallout 3, Borderlands, WoW, and more.

5 out of 5 eggsbeautiful led backlit monitor

Pros: bought this monitor primarily to get mw2 in my face, as opposed to my 47" panasonic plasma which is situated in a spot in my room where i can't center myself in front of it. ridiculous contrast ratio, the 2 mil:1 really shows through. touch screen controls are nice, i don't know why anyone would have issues with them, other than just reaching for reasons to complain.. very bright monitor, easily accessible ports, 2 hdmi, AWESOME 2 ms for fps... doubles great as a primary display for my acer aspire 1410 netbook, and will be a sick display for my desk desktop beast. overall i am very pleased.

Cons: stand could be way better, but not bad enough to deduct an egg. glossy black, as always with electronics, looks sweet but attracts dust/fingerprints. no big deal, just wipe it down once in a while. no height adjustments. LG, as always, seems more concerned with the cosmetic appeal of their products than the actual ergonomics.

Other Thoughts: sick monitor, i work in the tech industry and i'd recommend it to anyone in the market for a mid to high end gaming display, especially fps addicts.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing monitor

Pros: - No dead pixels
- Amazing picture
- Gorgeous design
- LED = super thin
- Fast Response time

Cons: - Power brick (eww)

Other Thoughts: This monitor is fantastic. I'm not sure why there are so many people fussing about the touch controls, they work just fine. They even have the arrows underneath them so i'm not sure how this thing is hard to navigate or use.
