Great Monitor
- Pros: No dead pixels, had to turn the brightness down. Setup was a snap. Have had to get accustomed to the size, need to turn my head to see the whole screen. <g>
- Cons: None at all.
- Other Thoughts: My wife has been looking it over and wants one now.
Good value, good product, nice features
- Pros: 2ms, 1920x1200, HDMI input, 92% NTSC color gamut
Has a "Wide Mode" where one can chose "Full", stretching the image to screen, "Aspect", stretching the image to screen but keeping the original aspect ratio, and "1:1" which does not scale the image at all.
Very noticeable improvement from a 17", and is very nice to multi-view with.
- Cons: High gloss screen, just use in low light.
The menu is not perfect, but is easy to become acquainted with.
- Other Thoughts: Supports up to 1920x1200 at 60Hz.
ACER
- Pros: Great pic at first few seconds.Colors were good.
- Cons: Horrible custmer service. Had 5 dead pixials in the screen after i opened the box. second time turning it on started to get worse. Screen was cracked from shipping. Acer didn't fix it wont replace it. Newegg won't replace it stuck with a 400 broken Flat screen piece.
- Other Thoughts: Never buying acer again, going to switch to ASUS or Samsung. NEED TO HAVE BETTER CUSTMER SERVICES.
