Pros: Fantastic screen all around and the price cant be beat for all the option that include 2 hdmi connections. thank you acer for not putting cheap tin sounding speakers on the beauty

Cons: absolutely non.

Other Thoughts: this is for nic that rated this monitor on 10/16 and gave it one egg because of his issues with speakers. YOU have lost your mind to rate a computer monitor as a bedroom tv and was speakers on it to play games? how good is a game going to sound on a junk speaker system.

to those that are here to buy a COMPUTER monitor and have a good speaker system for you computer (which you should) this is unbeatable in every way.

acer is known for their good monitors and this is not an exception. buy it, you'll love it

Pros: Great Resolution, even in analog! Haven't watched a Blu-Ray yet but with 1080p resolution I can't wait. No Dead pixels. Having 2x HDMI inputs is perfect. Can connect HD sat box, and PS3. Delivered on time as always.

Cons: None right now.

Other Thoughts: Would also be nice to have a DVI connection since I am using it for an all in one screen (PC, PS3, TV) but I can live with the VGA until I get a New Vidoe Card.

Beautiful Display!!!

Pros: I was amazed with how nice a picture this screen can make. I see a lot more detail just on my desktop. I've collected a bunch of HD Wallpapers now and this thing makes them so pretty. Running this next to my 3 year old 19' Viewsonic there is a huge difference in clarity (partially due to the Viewsonic being 3 years old). I do a lot of graphic work for fun and I've been glown away by this screen. Though it is the only HD monitor i've owned so I can't really compare to anything else.

The 1080P is awesome, especially when I watched Iron Man on BlueRay with this thing and it was amazing to say the least.

The touch buttons on the front are fun. The Menu navigation is quick and easy which is nice. The Brightness/Contrast presets have proven to be very convenient and quick to flip through. That's 'e' power.

Cons: Not really a con, but my first one died on me 2 weeks after I got it. Only way to describe it was that it was freezing. The ACER logo on start up would last 5 seconds instead of 2 and you could see it changing frames. Changing the resolution took a good 30 seconds (too long). But the worst was the front panel display buttons died making it mostly useless.

Newegg and all it's glory got me a new one in about a week. Thank you Newegg! I've had the new one for about 2 weeks now and no problems (fingers crossed).

Only real complaint is the power LED is a pretty bright when I'm sitting in a dark room watching movies.

Other Thoughts: On average brightness, and watching a movies, the bright edges (which are present in all LCD monitors) can be see on the top and bottom but it's not very bad and I don't think anyone else notices.
