Pros: It's just perfect. Not a single thing wrong for 6 years now.

Pros: Was great for 3 years!

Cons: Right after warranty period ended it started flickering on cold starts and steadily got worse..It still works but game play is not smooth anymore and mouse movement is jittery..

Other Thoughts: I just purchased a 27 inch from Acer to replace it and the jittery mouse and smooth game play is back..
Sad to see they make these things to break soon after warranty is over.

Pros: Excellent monitor on arrival, ups person dropped it 5 feet from handing it to me in spite of this monitor was not affected

Cons: Pink pixel a week after break in period, It eventually resolved itself and I had no further problems from it for another year. Eventually shorted out due to faulty wiring in the back and Acer generously fixed this under warranty but they made me spend the 40.00 to ship it to them they were kind enough to pay for return shipping! When I received it back they had replaced the monitor with a G235 and if I go to gpu scale it to full screen or set the resolution to anything but 1920-1080 it won't display. Drivers etc are up to date. Docked eggs for making me pay to have it shipped during warranty and for returning a differenet monitor to me.

Other Thoughts: Speakers were fine if you are a foot from your monitor burning your retinas out.

Pros: The screen has excellent picture, I use it as a desktop monitor and as a screen to play xbox, al with hdmi cable. just fantastic. It has never failed me and I have owned it since 2010.

Cons: There is no audio output... and the speakers are not the best, there are ways to get around that.

Pros: Awesome picture. 3 egg for the repair facility, 5 egg for the quality picture

Cons: Very flimsy base, fell over face down cracked the screen. Was told tough luck, then I complained here, and I got the Rma. Got monitor back with new screen, and the base was still flimsy, so I decided to take a look and saw why it was flimsy, tabs on the base were broken off and the repair facility did not catch it. I repaired it and now its Sturdy.

Cons: Power button is WAY too sensitive.

Other Thoughts: After 3 years I have a single dead pixel (Was that way on delivery). Not overly glossy screen.

Pros: worked like a champ for almost three years. within a week of receiving it only one pixel whited out and it went away within the next week. two months ago it pink lined vertically through the entire screen. it would change from yellow to red,slightly tilting the monitor would fix this sometimes. today I turned it on and within five minutes an acrid burning smell and my monitor shorting out. zap...gone

Cons: almost none this monitor has been through several moves with me and minus the fact that it finally died after three years says something. I was hoping for a little more life out of it being a more than decent monitor.

Other Thoughts: will continue to search for the epic monitor that will last the lifetime of the rig I build them with. that being said I was very happy with this and another for dual screen awesomeness in crossfire. will probably buy another one or two for my next rig.

Pros: This is the best monitor I've owned.

Cons: I don't have two more...

Pros: This is one of the Best Monitors I've owned. I bought it on sale from Newegg almost two years ago for about $119.00 and Free Shipping. It's Flawless, Perfect Picture even if you just use the DVI Port. Good for Gaming or whatever your needs are. This is my second ACER Monitor. I'd recomend this Hi-Def monitor to anyone who appreciates quality and reliability. I've never used the Monitor's Speakers, so I can't comment on them. A Great Monitor at a great price, but that's always Newegg's Policy. I should have bought Two!

Cons: Adjustment Buttons are a nightmare to get at and use, but mine needed very little adjustment after using the set up disc. Power Button on lower right hand is too easy to hit and accidently shut off the monitor, very touchy. I Didn't buy Two, as they are no longer available from Newegg!

Other Thoughts: It's too bad that Newegg's shipping has almost trippled in the past year. That has stopped me from buying a lot of Computer Parts from them. That being said, Newegg's still the best and their Customer Service is Better than the Best. Thanks Newegg.
