Pros: Monitor arrived in good condition, mine was wrapped in plastic and base and accessories were under the backside of the unit so no possibility of scratching the monitor screen unlike some have stated in previous reviews. The unit works great and meets all of my expectations.

Pros: Screen is scratch free. No dead pixels. Both DVI and VGA cables in box.

Cons: A few scratches on bezel.

Pros: Ordered on March 26 shipped from southern California received March 27. Super fast and amazing size.

Cons: One dead pixel but for the price of a new one compare to a refurbish still awesome deal.

Other Thoughts: No scratches packaging same as other reviews was look but I got lucky. Overall thoughts "A +++".

Very Bright display and excellent size
The Led screens function well.

Cons: Liquidation.com who reconditions the monitors has no concept on how t box up the monitors. The power supply, cables and the base are loose in the box which rattles and scratches the monitors when they are shipped. All they would have to do is put all the loose component is a bag and tape it to the back of the monitor.

Other Thoughts: I purchased two of these monitors and next time, I will not purchase a reconditioned monitor again.

Pros: 27'' monitor

Cons: they already out of power adapter for this monitor, so unless you wanted to spend another 20-30 bucks on one from Acer I suggest you stay away from this item.

Pros: The last monitor I bought was a 19" Sony Multiscan in the '90's (last century). It can go to higher resolution than this monitor, but everything gets too small to read. Pretty happy with this monitor at 19xx by 1080 resolution. My Windows 7 install and update found a driver for it and installed it for me.

Cons: The stand was loose in the box. Fortunately, the stand was behind the monitor face. so there were no scratches on the screen. The stand had LOTS of light scratches, but I don't mind that.

Who I did find irritating was the fact that there was NO documentation furnished, and no mention of where to find a driver. The controls are unlabeled, and it took a few minutes of flailing to figure them out.

Pros: good price and seems to have a nice picture

Cons: this arrived at my home and i knew immediately that something may be wrong. the box was rattling and it sounded like something was loose. i opened the box to find the base of the monitor laying loose in the box and hitting up against the screen. it did not seem like any attempt was made to secure it. the screen is scratched and there was no protective film on the screen as the previous poster experienced. furthermore the sides of the monitor look like someone had grease on their hands as they boxed it up. picture seems ok for now but naturally i am skeptical as to how long it will last since the base was knocking into the screen face throughout the shipping process.

Other Thoughts: im unsure what to do at this point. granted i knew this was a refurbished product but i expected more care taken with the way it was boxed and presented. do i have to bite the bullet and keep it or is there some sort of replacement policy? if anyone has advice i would love to hear it.

Pros: Nice size. HDMI/DVI/VGA connections

Pros: Pretty awesome monitor for the price paid. Nothing super booming, but it definitely compete with the samsung and other monitors in its price range when i went to compare it over at best buy. Definitely considering buying 2 more for a tri monitor setup. I bought it refurbished and it came brand new.. there were no fingerprints on anything... all accessories were still there.. the protective plastics all still on the monitor as well.

Cons: No speakers.. but thats okay i got corsair vengeance 1500 headphones along with a 5.1 surround system.. so no biggie
