Pros: For the price, this is a solid touch monitor. The sound is pretty average, but that's to be expected from a strip speaker.

Cons: The monitor's touch function is unstable

Other Thoughts: The touch function stopped working after 7 months, which is immensely disappointing because that is 90% of the reason I purchased the monitor.

Pros: very responsive, very sharp images and is great display as a gaming monitor! windows 7 and 8.1 installed the drivers automatically, no need for drivers or documentation, mine did come with a basic setup guide and a 3 year warranty information sheet. it is a touchscreen monitor, not a tablet so you just plug it in and go no need for a book lol. different operating systems have different touch controls so consult the help section in your operating systems or how to guides online for the different touch gestures. I am a die hard win 7 fan but windows 8 is more touch friendly, example- pinch to zoom works with chrome in windows 8 but not 7 and doesnt work well with Internet explorer in 7 but great in windows 8.

Cons: stylus works, barely. have to pres firmly for the rubber tip stylus to work when sliding it across the screen but tapping with the stylus works fine, just really picky when you drag the stylus across the screen.

Pros: Setup was easy. I used it on my Windows Vista and Windows 7 computers using the VGA supplied cables. The graphics is very nice, especially on the Windows 7 computer.

Cons: Could not find any operational documentations. Had trouble navigating around the IE browser in Vista.

Other Thoughts: Deliver was quick. I expected it in 7 days. I ordered it on a Tuesday and received it that Thursday.

Pros: Excellent picture. The touch works great.

Cons: This monitor has no drivers!!! Not in Windows data base.

Other Thoughts: It will always be a generic monitor in Windows. The only way this can be solved. Acer has to have it's drivers certified by Microsoft then it will be put into Windows data base where this excellent monitor can be detected. That is why i gave it three stars.

Pros: Color image and sharpness is out standing, easy to use

Cons: Wish they had put some sort of marking on the menu buttons, so you could tell them apart.

Other Thoughts: This is the second monitor that I have purchase that was an Acer and am quite happy with them both.

Pros: This monitor's LCD display (type TN, LED Backlit) is great, in part because it is vivid, saturated colors look nice, and it has a nice pixel density. I have had 0 problems with it and have 0 complaints about it. The touchscreen works great. I love this monitor.

Cons: The touchscreen doesn't work with a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 stylus or a plastic-ended pointer.

Other Thoughts: The size of the video image at its natural 1920x1080 resolution is 21 7/16" diag, 18 3/4" wide x 10 1/2" tall. The volume of space it takes up in its most upright position is is 20 5/16" wide x 14 7/8" high x 4 5/16" deep. The stand lets you choose any any inclination from this position to being flat on the desk (top moving backward and down). It is 2 1/16" high in its flat position.
