Other Thoughts: - Please note that if you want to use this monitor to mount on arms, this is not the monitor for you. Most monitors come with screw holes in the back for mounting. This one does not.

Pros: Cheap

Cons: Makes high pitched whine when not set to 100% brightness. This is extremely annoying and likely will force me to return it.

Other Thoughts: Glossy-bad if your in a very bright room good otherwise.

Pros: Plug and Play, I did not have to do any set up work other than take it out of the box. The color is crisp and clear with plenty of work space. Actually so much that I have to shrink windows a little outside of design programs. As a graphic designer, having enough space to see projects and display tools is very important, this does the job beautifully.

Cons: Finger prints and gets dirty easily. I wish some of the exterior was a matte finish versus a polished finish. The base could be a little taller too. I simply put a box that I had under it to give myself the added spaced I needed.

Other Thoughts: Other than minor cosmetic things, this monitor was a bargain when I saw it! I simply couldn't pass up the price when it was on sale for $99.99. In the future I would get another at that price.

Cons: - Bought 2. 1 is DOA
- No DVI input, but I knew that buying it

Other Thoughts: The display from this monitor is bright and crisp. I've been using a 23" TV for the last 2 years and finally decided that enough was enough and bought a pair of these monitors. One arrived DOA, but I'm hoping that NewEgg will help me out with that. They weren't packaged badly, in their original boxes, banded together.

Keep in mind there is only VGA and HDMI input on these. The extremely thin bezel is nice too for multiple screen configuration. As others have said, the stands are a bit sub-par, but will work fine as long as you have a sturdy desk and don't run into it with your knees all of the time.

All in all, I'm happy with my purchase, I just wish they both would have worked out of the box.

Pros: Beautiful, bright, crisp display, with no dead pixels.
Size is great for these tired old eyes. Even with window behind me, I get virtually no glare.
Great sale price, super quick shipping.

Cons: Base is not sturdy. Once I figure out my final set-up, I will use something to secure it to desk.
Frame and screen are both dust and finger print magnets.
One egg off for adjustment buttons being underneath and unmarked.

Other Thoughts: Awesome looking monitor that so far, works very well.
I cannot understand why the buttons are hidden and unmarked, and have to wonder who thought that was a good idea?
That being said, I have been truly enjoying using it, love the display and the size.

Pros: Price was great when I bought it! (135.87). Screen was exactly what I needed but...

Cons: I bought this 8/13/2015, and last week the screen just randomly started fading out to black. When I turn it off for a while it will turn back on but faded off after like 15 seconds.... Just sad and not good.... Need to contact vendor and try to swap...

Pros: Crisp colors and light.

Cons: Buttons, which adjust monitor contrast, brightness and etc., are not easy to use. And the power light is flashing when in sleep mode.

Pros: Excellent monitor! This is my first Acer monitor, and i gotta say, i like it. Colors are nice. The stand is a little flimsy but that's alright. Did not come with any dead pixels.

Cons: Stand, but besides that, everything is else is NICE.

Other Thoughts: Great monitor for the price, IPS, Great colors.

Pros: CHEAP. This monitor cost me 110 on sale and comes with the Acer 3 year warranty. I would recommend this up to about $130.

Cons: Stand is pretty awful. Mine is slightly lopsided which bothers me.

Other Thoughts: Overall, would recommend this monitor. I wish that I bought two of them when I had the chance!
