Pros: Screen is clear and haven't had any issues over the past year of owning it

Cons: I don't know if it's specifically against this monitor but just the general trend in current LED monitors in general. They praise their contrast ratios but due to there being no standard for how this is measure this is incredibly misleading. The contrast range is determined from cranking the monitor to max brightness and then literally shutting it off. There is your 1 gagillion to 1 ratio. The actual operating rage is far less. Sure it can get dim or bright but the range of your darkest darks to brightest brights at any one moment remains very small. My 10 year old LCD monitor with flurecent back lighting puts pretty much every LED on the market to shame when it comes to picture quality because it has far better 'actual' contrast compared to the listed one. I'm going to give every monitor I get a 3 until the industry invests the money to give us the true contrasts they advertise.

Other Thoughts: Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and buy again .

Pros: - Decent quality monitors that are perfect for office work
- Nice, solid, matte bezel/stand (many monitors are glossy, not ideal for office environments)
- Stand has a flat ridged area that's great for pens/pencils/other office supplies, furthering my love of this monitor for office duty
- Backlight is bright (often too bright - see cons)

Cons: - Backlighting on some is almost too bright, or maybe the contrast is too low - comparing one with this problem side-by-side with one that doesn't, with the same settings, one often looks washed out and difficult to read - this isn't just an issue on one LCD, it's on several (my most recently batch included 12 of these and 4 of the 23" model, but I've seen this in prior orders for the same model, too).
- In my most recent order for 12 of these, about half were missing either the DVI cable, the power cable, or both. Missing both was more rare, but about half were missing DVI cables. The 23" models were fine, but my sample size for this round was just 4.
- One in my batch had a faulty backlight. Newegg handled it well, as always.

Given the above issues, I'd say quality control is pretty lacking on these, but they're cheap enough and pretty much the only model in this price range that's suitable for office environments, so it balances out. Docked an egg for the QC issues though.

Other Thoughts: Will continue buying for offices, but will expect some missing cables, inconsistent quality, and maybe a bad one or two.

Pros: Makes L4D2 look great with GTX750 card.
