Pros: - Nice size
-Color can be nice at times.
-It comes with a wire that connects my phone and the monitor together.

Cons: Oh there are many many cons to this product.
-TERRIBLE SOUND QUALITY SPEAKERS!??? WHAT IS THIS?? Seriously, the speakers of this monitor are so bad that I use headphones to make sure I dont listen to the butchering of the sounds that come from this monitor.
- A lot of screen tearing. I bought this computer to play some good games on. Often times as I am playing the monitor will just go black for a second, or sometimes parts of the screen becomes green and purple for an instant and goes back to normal. This leads to a poor gaming experience. I have a GTX 980 Ti and this monitor just sucks out all of the aesthetic of playing beautiful games.
- Sometimes the monitor will not respond even if the computer is switched on. The monitor must be switched off, unplugged, and then plugged back in for it to work.

These problems appeared even the day after installement of this monitor.

Other Thoughts: - I would change everything about this product.

This product needs to be recalled and to be reconfigured.

I will NEVER recommend this product. Shame on Acer. I've had this product for over 4 months and I cannot return it. IF i could i would.

Pros: Purchased two for multitasking/ productivity.

- Sharp 4k (It's a pleasure to view for hours. not fatiguing on proper settings)
- Eye popping color that is great from sharp angles.
- Even though it can be considered a value monitor, I would suspect the law of diminishing return effects the price per dollar value of higher end/ priced monitors. There are differences I'm confident, but this is still a great product with very current technology at a reasonable price.

- Zero dead pixels and zero light bleed ( I ended up with two really good ones!).

- Sturdy stand with tilt, swivel and height adjust.

Cons: Annoying buzzing noise caused by speakers even when not used. a previous reviewer gives a solution of turning the volume to zero, but it must be repeated after its turned off and on again.

It's terrible @ 30hz (only with dvi, hdmi). Noticing solwer. It's much better to have DPI.

Pros: 4K IPS with sRGB profile and great viewing angles.
Great stand that is very sturdy with tilt, swivel, height and pivot.
Tons of inputs.

Cons: Not the best packinging. The foam is hard and not supportive. When I got mine it the foam inside was cracked a little bit and there was s small scuff on the top right edge of the monitor. I don't notice it though.

Other Thoughts: This a great monitor for the money. I bought two when they were $400 each. I have been super happy with these monitors.

Pros: My initial review was meant to be 3 stars and I accidentally posted as 2 star so I'm updating with 4 stars after discovering a few things.

The buzzing emitting from the top of the monitor mentioned earlier seems to be caused by the speakers; you can get rid of it by turning the built in speaker volume to 0 but it will come back every time you restart your computer or power on. The fix for this seems to be to turn the volume up 1 in the menu and then back to 0 and the buzzing goes away again until you restart/power on again. Not an ideal fix but I'm glad it's just the speakers and not something else.

The ghosting/mouse lag I was experiencing seems to have been caused by a bad DP cable that shipped, because after swapping cables both issues are gone.

As for the uniformity issues mentioned, it's better after calibration but there's still noticeable dark shades around the edge of the screen especially noticeable if you fullscreen a webpage.

Overall I'm actually quite happy with it now despite my initial impressions.

Cons: Display uniformity

Pros: 1. Very crisp and vibrant 4K IPS display.
2. Decent menu control options.
3. Multiple input options.
4. Handy PiP feature.
5. Good anti-glare matte screen.
6. No dead pixels upon arrival.

Cons: 1. 4K 60Hz only works with DisplayPort.
2. Non-DP inputs restricted to 4K 30Hz.
3. QA nightmare.
4. Cheaply made bezel.

Other Thoughts: This monitor is actually a very nice 4K 60Hz IPS display that is unfortunately plagued with shoddy QA methods. I've purchased three of these monitors only to discover two of them had serious issues with particles behind the screen panel themselves, resulting in what appears as shadows when viewed on a white background.

The two problematic ones also exhibited slight ghosting while the 3rd one didn't, which leads me to believe it's indeed a bad QA batch.

Another rather annoying issue is the monitor will not run at 60Hz with anything but DisplayPort (1.2, and even then not all will work), using HDMI will restrict it to 30Hz regardless of brand, rated bandwidth, and/or versions. So if you intend to buy three monitors to run off a single system, be prepared to buy a GPU with multiple DP outputs such as an AMD 295x2 or NVIDIA Titan X.

Besides the aforementioned issues and quirks, it's a very good and affordable 4K 60Hz IPS monitor.
